"Mom! Can we go to the park today?" the little girl asked her.

"Yes we can, but your sister is not here yet. don't you want to wait for her?"

"Eh? But she'll be here in the afternoon. Her taekwondo cla.s.s will extend until four, she told me."

"Oh is that so? I didn't know that. Wait, I'll call your aunt Lilia so they will follow us later in the park, okay?"

"Yehey!" the young girl jump in joy. She already knew the drill so she run to her room and prepare herself. She also took an extra jacket in case her sister needed one later. After getting her bag pack, she went back to her mom who is busy preparing for their lunch box. She smiled contentedly.

"Mom?" The young girl suddenly creased a brow.

"Yes sweetheart?"

"Where's dad? Isn't he coming?"

The woman frowned for a second but she tried to mask it with her gentle smile.

"Ah, dad? He's a bit busy right now that's why he won't be coming. Don't worry, one day, he'll join us soon." She pats her head.

"Ehm, okay."

The woman looked at her child who was playing with the apple innocently in her hands. She felt a pang of guilt within her.

"Mom?"

"Ehm?" Once again, the woman looked at the child.

"Does father love us?"

The woman was surprised to hear those words from her young child.

"Emily! Why'd you even ask that? Of course he does."

"But he's always mad at me and to sissy too. I also heard him shouting at you." her eyes full of question pierced her mother's heart.

"Emily, sweetheart, listen to me." The woman went near her, knelt down and touch her shoulders. "Don't ever think that your father doesn't love you because he does. He loves you so much. He is just a bit stressed because of his work that's why he's usually like that. You understand that right?"

The young child nodded, "Ehm."

"Good girl, now get ready. We'll go to the park today."

"Yes mom!" the young girl run outside and went directly to the garage where the car was park.

They sat at a good spot. The woman let the young girl play to her heart's content. She even made a new friend. The woman smiled. Then her phone rang.

"I am in the park, with Emily." She answered the call. it was her husband. But the next thing she heard was some harsh words. Imagine hearing it from your own husband? She was hurt.

Her husband Cole was a kind man before. They were college friends but there was one time that Cole admitted his special feelings towards her. however, she was already in loved with somebody else. She's engaged to the man whom she loves deeply. However, due to an incident, she married Cole instead.

Their relations.h.i.+p was quite good in the beginning. But everything changed when Cole discovered whose the real father of their children. He knew that he was not the real father when he married her but after knowing the truth, Cole's treatment to the children became cold. Of course he got mad specially that the real father was Cole's greatest enemy.

She hung up frustratingly as she heaved a heavy sigh. She's tired listening to her husband's rude words. She knew the consequences of her action but she'll manage to face Cole's anger later. Anyway, she'll divorce him soon. For now, she wants to make her daughter happy.

She spun around to see how's the young girl doing but to her surprise, she's not on the swing anymore. where could she be?"

She looked around the park and started screaming her name, "Emily! Emily! Where are you?" she started to ask some children nearby but they didn't know where she is.

"Emily! Emily!" her heart was pounding fast.

"Momma! Momma!" The woman heard a little girl crying. She tried to find where it's coming from.

"Emily!!!" She shouted at the top of her lungs.

"Momma! Momma! Help me!" the little girl cries louder.

After some minutes, the woman spotted a young girl with a tiny stick in her hands, tears kept streaming from her eyes down to her cheek, fear can be heard in her cries. Her heart stopped when she saw three dogs gnas.h.i.+ng at the girl.

"Emily!" The woman shouted and was about to run towards the child when she halted from her tracks. Someone had grabbed her from behind.

"S-Silver?!" her eyes widened when she turned around. once again, she look at the little girl's direction but she can't see her anymore. the dogs where licking something- It was the tiny stick that Emily was holding earlier! but where is she?

"Emily! Emily!" she kept screaming as tears continued to escape from her eyes. "No! Emily!"

"Hey, wake up! Sherry, wake up!" she heard a manly voice. She jolted when she realized who's voice it was.

"S-Silver"." She uttered when she finally opened her eyes. she looked around, she is in her room. wait, their family doctor is here? What happened?

"Are you okay?" she heard Silver asked.

"Ehm." She nodded. "What happened?" she tried to seat up.

"You were unconscious when I came to see you earlier." Silver answered her. "What happened to you?"

"Ah, that. I-I'm sorry. I tripped my foot and fell." She lied when she remembered what truly happened to her. And also, that dream earlier, it seems so true. Her heart twitch suddenly. Why is she feeling pained?

"Good thing nothing bad happened to you. I'll just see the doctor out." then Silver went out together with the doctor.

"Emily? Who is Emily?" she whispered. "That little girl resembles the young girl in the picture. Could she be???" she held her breath.

she grabbed her bag and took the photo that she hid. once again, she look at it carefully.

"Are you perhaps my daughter?" she traces the picture with her finger.

After a few minutes, Silver came back holding a tray of medicine. It was the same medicine that she showed to doctor Menzi. she clench her teeth silently.

"Here, take your medicine now." Silver offered the capsule to her. he needs to make sure that she continues to drink it even if the doctor said that her brain must have built tolerance against the drug and it might not work to suppress her memories any longer.

The doctor leiterated that suppressed memories could either be forgotten or it could force its way out especially if it is being triggered. In Sherry's case, it looks like Silver's fear is being threatened.

"Silver?" Sherry called out of the blue.

"What is it?" his brow line raised.

"Did we perhaps had a child?" she hesitantly asked.

Silver was shocked when he heard her. Why is she suddenly asking? She never asked that before! His face became rigid, he looked at her with suspicion. Did she possibly remember something? his eyes glint heinously.
