A couple stood by a booth with lots of cute stuffed toys hanging. It's one of those games where you hit a stacked cans with a pellet gun.

"You have three tries, sir, good luck." The booth's staff said with a polite smile.

The man confidentially positioned his arm and aimed. He even winked at his girlfriend before pressing the trigger.

"Two more tries." The staff reminded.

"Like h.e.l.l I would! This game's rigged!" The man screamed before slamming the fake gun on the floor.

"Sir, please be reminded of your actions or else I would have to call the security on you." The staff calmly warned.

"Oh? So this was your plan, you scam our money before throwing us out?!" The man roughly grabbed the staff's s.h.i.+rt, his fist clenched, promising a punch.

"H-hubby, stop it, you're causing a scene..." His girlfriend muttered, pulling his s.h.i.+rt.

"Stay out of this, babe! I'll just teach this b.a.s.t.a.r.d some manners!"

"Stop it! You're gonna get us in trouble!" The man's fist were about to strike when...

The tense air subdued, three heads robotically turned towards the commotion and saw three sets of cans knocked off the shelf.

"I want the husky." Lillie pointed nonchalantly.

The grip on the staff's s.h.i.+rt loosen so he had the chance to free himself and calmly walked towards the cute husky stuffed toy and hand it to Lillie's outstretched hands. He took the money that was on the table—Lillie's payment—before proceeding to stack the cans once again.

The scandalous man was dumbfounded, wondering what on Earth just happened. His girlfriend took this chance to pull her boyfriend away to prevent them getting embarra.s.sed any further.

Ethan had a proud expression plastered on his face when suddenly, black lines appeared on his forehead as his expression s.h.i.+fted into a frown. His wife was so independent, he couldn't help but worry for his job as a doting husband, that would give her anything she wanted.

If she could do anything all by herself, she would no longer need him!

Determination aroused his eyes, the will of fire surrounds his stature. Grabbing Lillie's free hand, he pulled her towards another booth filled with more stuffed toys.

His phoenix eyes quickly caught her line of sight focused on the huge Totoro [1] stuffed toy. Placing a dollar on the table, the booth's staff gave him three darts.

Without a moments hesitation, Ethan threw all three darts at the same time. Precise and accurate, all major prized balloons popped.

"Congratulations, sir! You won three free tickets of your choice of rides, free dinner at Le Café Bernadante and a stuff toy of your choice."

"That one." Ethan pointed at the grinning Totoro. The staff pulled the toy's string and hand it to him with the free rides and dinner tickets.

Ethan faced his wife with a 'praise me look'.
