Two Weeks Later...

John's week ended really good. For the first time in the last seven months, he finally found peace within himself now that she found Catherine again and she promised him that she won't run away again and she will be staying in the Infinity Jade Tower with him while working and managing the stores' on regular basis. He was feeling happy and looking forward to their civil wedding to resume.

His businesses were doing exceptionally good.

His family will be back in the country after one year. He was excited to see them again!

Catherine is now back in his life and they were still madly in love with each other and they will get married soon.

Nowadays everything in his life is going in the right direction.

He's very much happy in his life right now, he was thankful to G.o.d for all the blessings that he received in his life, more importantly, his good looks had been restored and Catherine was now back in his life for good.

He already instructed George to stop watching over Catherine 'coz he was 100% sure she won't run away again because he's making sure she has no more reason to run away again. He will give her everything she wants, he will make her happy every day of their lives together.

He texted her yesterday, that today afternoon, they will be going to visit Hacienda Catherine. The old ancestral house will be demolished. The new building will be erected and the construction will start next week. He wants to bring back Catherine to the same old room where they first meet to reminiscence about the past, going back to the beginning of their roller-coaster relations.h.i.+p. It would be fun to travel to the countryside again and breathe fresh air, away from the bustling polluted city.

They would sleep there overnight and return again to the city the next day. He will borrow George's motorcycle so that he and Catherine can experience riding aboard the motorbike and enjoy the countryside's breathtaking scenery in an open-air. It would be fun! He was already excited for their adventure that would take place a few hours from now.

He was done packing some personal things in his traveling bag, toothbrush, clothes and some stuff were already packed and ready to go. Yesterday, he already instructed Ramon to condition the car for a long hour drive into the Hacienda.

He excitedly picked up blue denim jeans, white t-s.h.i.+rt and black leather jacket from his wardrobe, then donned them on his body in a hurry. He's ready to go!

He picked up his phone from the bedside table and called Ramon informing him that he will go down in a few minutes so that they can start traveling and pick up Catherine in Quezon city.

One hour later...

John was already waiting for Catherine in front of the building aboard George's motorbike. George was in the vehicle with Ramon.

Catherine exited the building with her backpack on her back. She wore her hair in a ponytail and she was wearing blue jeans and body fit pink blouse and a brown jacket.

She looks beautiful as always whatever her attire is, John told himself, he's indeed a lucky man to be loved by her.

She smiled at him sweetly when she reached his side. "are you driving this motorcycle? are you sure? Do you even know how to drive this thing?" she asked doubting his skill in driving.

John grinned at his lady love. "Of course I know how to drive this thing, I want to impress you, my dear. But honestly, I love driving you more than this one," he said cheekily, playfully pinching her nose.

Catherine released a throaty laugh and pinched his ear fondly in return. "You're such a h.o.r.n.y guy! Okay, let's go!" she hopped at the back of the motorbike and wrapped her arms around his waist.

John secured the helmet down his head and started the engine of the motorbike, soon enough they were now driving smoothly into the highway, Ramon was driving the car following them from behind.

Two hours later they were now exiting the city's perimeter and heading to the countryside were towering trees, lush gra.s.s and lush vegetation can be seen along the highway. The current weather was good for traveling aboard the motorbike. Catherine was enjoying the ride while the wind was blowing her long brown hair. She loves hugging John's masculine body.

'Traveling is fun and spending it with the man you love is heavenly,' she murmured to herself.

After two hours of traveling...

They stopped at a convenience store located at the side of the highway to buy some cold drink and to rest for a while. John planted a kiss on Catherine's lips and then continued drinking his soda straight from the can.

"Are you enjoying the ride, Cath?" he looks at her face adoringly.

She was beaming at him. "Yes, very much. You are an excellent driver!" she replied.

He smiled at her affectionately and hugged her for a brief moment.

"Come with me to the convenience store, we will buy some foods for our meals tomorrow in the hacienda." John held her hand and they entered the convenience store.

A few moments later, they resumed their journey towards their destination.

Three more hours of traveling and they would be arriving in the hacienda. John and his companions opted to eat dinner in one of the restaurant's dotted along the road so that when they arrive in the hacienda later no need to disturb the old couple who was the caretaker of the Hacienda.

The restaurant parking area isn't crowded, they went inside and occupied the table for five near the entrance. The restaurant served delicious dishes. The moment their orders were finally served to their table the four of them started eating in silence and they rested for another fifteen minutes inside the establishment. They were entertained by a piece of soft mellow music blaring from the sound system while resting.

Done eating, they left the restaurant to finish their journey. This time John decided to return the borrowed motorcycle to George so that he and Catherine can ride comfortably in the vehicle since it's already night time. John wanted to rest his muscles from too much driving.
