As smoking was not allowed in the hospital, Fu Qinglun was smoking in the area at the entrance of the hospital.

Fu Qinglun frowned and continued to smoke.

Fu Qinglun took a last puff of the cigarette and threw it into the dustbin. He took out a cigarette and lighter from his pocket as he wanted to smoke more.

Seeing her squat by the window and crying so pitifully, his heart clenched. She looked just like a little abandoned kitten.

He walked over and hooked his palm at the back of her head, asking in a gentle tone, “Why aren’t you going inside, hm?”

Tang Mo’er turned around and looked up at him. Her eyelashes trembled and salty tears rolled down her cheeks. Choking on her tears, she stammered, “I don’t dare… to go in. I’m scared if s.h.i.+yu sees me cry… she’ll end up crying… too…”
