Tang Mo’er’s hands were formed into two balled fists by her sides. Why did everyone have to judge her for her actions, always expecting her to give her everything?

“I’m going to repeat myself once more, scram!” Tang Mo’er stretched out her slender legs and walked up, trying to drag Lingling off the bed.

Lingling wasn’t someone to be trifled with, she was taking advantage of the fact that Huo Yanmei was supporting her and Tang Mo’er was a blind woman. She speedily rolled up her sleeves and gave Tang Mo’er’s silky long hair a yank. “Mrs Gu, you can continue being consumed in anger and jealousy. I’m younger than you and I even have a better figure, I’ve even had plastic surgery and modeled my face after yours. I have everything that you have now, when I’m done sleeping with Young Master and after I get pregnant, I’m going to prosper thanks to my child. I’ll become the Young Madam and Young Master will kick you away!”

Lingling yanked on her hair and Tang Mo’er pinched her in retaliation. “You’re not worthy!”

Lingling screamed after being pinched, she didn’t expect this little blind woman to be that good at physical fights.

Lingling yanked on Tang Mo’er’s silky hair even harder, slamming her tiny head on the wall.

Bam! Tang Mo’er felt woozy after her head was knocked against the wall. She heard a piercing sound in her ears, it was as though there were trains traveling past and she broke out in cold sweat.

She wasn’t performing up to her usual standards today. Before she contracted the poison and lost her vision, she didn’t need to use much of her powers to handle a little b*tch like Lingling.

But now, she wasn’t able to do a thing.

She just wanted to chase Lingling off her bed, she didn’t want to present Mr Gu with another woman.

However…

She felt something warm in her nostrils, two streams of blood gushed out.

Feeling at it with her hands, she realized it was blood.

It was the first time that Lingling had witnessed someone bleeding so much. The blood had flown out of Tang Mo’er’s dainty nostrils like a little stream. She was bleeding profusely and it was unstoppable.

Tang Mo’er stretched out her tiny hands to feel the blood, she covered her nose with her hands and wiped the blood with her sleeves. Since she wasn’t able to see, she had smudged the blood all over her face, hands and clothes. She looked extremely pathetic and a little… pitiful.

“Ah!!” Lingling screamed in shock and she hurriedly loosed her grip over Tang Mo’er’s silky hair.

Tang Mo’er didn’t have any energy left to stand straight, she toppled ungraciously, her body falling towards the carpet.

Someone was opening the door outside, there was the sound of a set of car keys being placed on the coffee table. Gu Mohan was back.

Lingling’s eyes lit up, Young Master was back!

That was great, her opportunity had arrived.

But, how should she handle the woman on the carpet?

She had to hide her.

Lingling stretched out her arm and dragged Tang Mo’er into the bathroom and left her on the cold porcelain ground.

A deep and magnetic voice resounded in her ears. “Mo’er, Mo’er.”

His voice had entered Tang Mo’er’s ears, though her mind was still dazed, she regained some sense of rationality. Mr Gu, her Mr Gu was back.

Lingling heard his footsteps, he was heading upstairs and nearing her. She was filled with excitement and antic.i.p.ation, she turned around and wanted to head outside.

But her legs were held onto by two tiny hands. Tang Mo’er was splayed out on the ground and yet she was holding tightly onto Lingling, not allowing her to exit the bathroom.

She wasn’t going to allow this woman to touch her Mr Gu.

“Don’t go… you’re not allowed to leave…”

Lingling lowered her eyes and looked at Tang Mo’er, she warned her with a vicious tone, “Let go, hurry and let go!”

Tang Mo’er held onto her leg even more tightly.

Lingling’s beautiful face was a little baleful, she stepped on Tang Mo’er’s hands forcefully with her other leg.

Tang Mo’er was in so much pain that her nerves were curling up. It hurt so much, her fingers hurt and felt like they were about to break.

But she didn’t want to let go.

She couldn’t let go.

His footsteps were nearing and Lingling gathered her strength, stepping on Tang Mo’er’s hand even more forcefully. Tang Mo’er’s fingers were instantly swollen and bright red, Lingling was crus.h.i.+ng her fingers with no remorse.

Tang Mo’er felt numb after all the pain, her fingers weren’t working on command and they didn’t function anymore. Lingling kicked her aside and ran outside.

With a bang, the bathroom door was shut.

Lingling went outside.

She was going to sleep with Mr Gu and get pregnant with his child.

Tang Mo’er moved a little, she wanted to get up and stop them. However, her body wasn’t obeying her commands. She was just like a corpse, splayed out on the icy cold ground.

Her nose was still bleeding and the blood was warm. Her fingers went numb and couldn’t move, she could only remain in her position as the blood dripped down.

She felt pathetic.

She could no longer see and everything was pitch black. Her pale lips moved and her voice was hoa.r.s.e, she couldn’t even figure out if she had successfully uttered a word. It didn’t take too long before huge drops of tears streamed down her face.

She had burst into tears.

At that moment, she was locked in the bathroom and left on the icy cold ground. Helplessness had spilled over and stained her insides, entirely consuming her soul.

She had finally realized that her life was over, she was facing death.

The love pea poison had rapidly consumed her, it may not even take a full month before she would eventually lose her life.

What was she going to use to keep Mr Gu by her side?

How was she going to ask for him to not save An’an’s life?

Lingling swiftly turned off the bedside lamps by on the nightstand, the room was pitch black.

The room door was open, letting in a sliver of light. A tall and handsome figure appeared by the door.

Lingling sat on the bed, she was filled with excitement while looking at the man by the door. She had noticed his frequent appearances on the financial magazines and news. He was just like a king who was high up and untouchable to mere commoners. She didn’t expect herself to be lucky enough to become his woman.

Gu Mohan stretched out his long legs and walked over, his voice gentle and he asked, “Mo’er, why aren’t you in bed yet?”

Lingling didn’t reply, she looked at him with a pa.s.sionate gaze.

Gu Mohan walked over to turn on the bedside lamp. “Why is it so dark in here, aren’t you afraid? Where’s Auntie Wu, why isn’t she home?”

Seeing that he was about to turn on the lights, Lingling hurriedly jumped off the bed and hid behind the curtains.

Her heart was throbbing, as though it was going to jump out of her throat.

She couldn’t let him turn on the lights, if not, her plan would be busted.

When he saw her dart behind the curtains, Gu Mohan lifted his eyes and saw the beautiful figure behind it. His Adam’s apple bobbed and he walked in front. “Mo’er, what’s up with you today? Hide-and-seek?”

Gu Mohan raised his brows and crinkled his eyes in a smile, exuding the charms of a mature man. “When I get a hold of you, you’re going to get a spanking from me. How could you step on the carpet barefooted, aren’t your feet cold?”
