"Come to bed with me" His last words almost broke Xhemin's sanity in a millisecond.

Xhemin froze while her heartbeat surge to its highest beat. There was sweep of momentary panic until she found her own feet unconsciously moving toward the beast. This is what happens when you momentarily lose control of your emotions, she thought. You get hypnotized by a gorgeous beast and he seemed very pleased by her obedience.

She stopped just in front of him because the beast's perfume got caught up in her nostrils and it awakened her frozen senses. She felt an instant s.h.i.+ver run along her spine as well as a sensual curve that went straight to the pit of her stomach. Xhemin realized she had been holding her breath and she let it out in a small whoosh just in front of the only man his room—half naked man to be precise—whose abdominal abs were now just a few inches away from her reach and were waiting to be touched.

Darryl eyes were still fixated on Xhemin's face, flus.h.i.+ng with desire and yearning. It had been days when he left her in her grandfather's farm and those days seemed like forever to him. When she halted in front of him, he couldn't help but reach out to her and drew her close to his arms fiercely possessive. He had a sharp intake of breathe as her tender body landed to his chest and he held Xhemin too hard as if he couldn't get enough of it. This was his woman and only woman who was capable of driving him crazily mad in love.

Moonlight poured through the open big windows and danced across Xhemin's body pressed completely to the beast. She was motionless and weak under his unrelenting arms, and even now, as he slipped an arm beneath her neck and caressed her cheek with callused palm. He just couldn't believe she was just willing to let him have her—and G.o.d knew how he wanted touched her that bad.

He wanted to kiss her, but he was being cautious not to frighten the girl, so Darryl breathed deeply, his eyes open, watching her with a gentle smile, just as she watched him.

"Miss me?" he whispered against her lips.

"Yeah" She shyly answered in a minute, trying to stiffen her frail body, slipping a finger to Darryl's arms to support her own weight and praying so hard that she would not fall on her knees because he was making her too weak.

There were a lot of things that were running in Xhemin's mind. Was she ready for this? Are they going to go all the way through? Will it hurt that bad? Was she willing to let him? These questions were popping up continuously blurring every possible rationality that she had.

Soon she found her back touching the softness of the bed and as much as how comfortable the mattress was, she will never be comfortable having the beast bending his body to hers as he was guiding her body to lay down. Not to mention his tantalizing bare chest and abdomen is just on top of her face. Will she ever found a way to escape?

"Darryl—" She managed to spoke under the tension easing in.

"Hmmm" he answered while slowly, every slowly, caressing her side.

"I'm just sixteen and…" She stopped in midsentence and stared open-mouth at Darryl's hazel eyes. There was something in there that made her mouth gone dry as sand in an instant.

"And I'm nineteen" he answered teasingly. There was unmistakeable mischief in Darryl's hazel eyes as he continued to caress her. He stroked a lock of damp hair away from her eyes as he listened to each breath she took in. He was there waiting for something, probably for her fear and hesitancy to fade in.

Xhemin's breathe grew intensively as Darryl held her gaze captive. She knew by then the time is coming to the part that she dreaded the most. She was lying idly on bed; preventing every possible movement her fragile body is likely to make, very much afraid that her own move will betray her.

Darryl started to move his body on top of her as if trying to reach something from her shoulders and Xhemin was pretty sure he was aiming at the shoulder strap of her thin nightgown. She closed her eyes tremendously anxious that any minute from now there will be nothing left of her but her own nakedness. She tried very much to be calm but she was failing at it miserably and so she lost it all. She was in total panic that made her scream straightaway " Wait wait…"

The beast frowned, paused a bit as he studied her flushed face "What's wrong?"

Xhemin swallowed a breath before opening her mouth to speak slowly "I don't have it"

"What?" With a furrowed brow he asked. He saw the hesitancy in her eyes but he was completely puzzled of what she was murmuring about.

"I don't have it" She repeated in an almost a whisper.

"What is it?" Darryl asked again patiently.

"I don't have a…" She continued but the word seemed too much for her to say. Let's just say it was probably something she never once said before.

"Xhem…" Darryl tried to console the girl even if he didn't quite comprehend what's exactly in her mind. His voice was very gentle and soothing but it was also too s.e.xy, too s.e.xy for Xhemin to contain.

"I don't have condom! " She almost choked the last word but she managed to say the word eventually. Together with it, redness filled her face and she couldn't help but bit her lower lip.

There was a dreadful silence after that and all the tension that was once settling in turned to something graceless. It definitely broke all the tension in the room.

"Hahahaha" Darryl let go a loud laugh that filled the place.

Xhemin wondered what he was laughing about. Was he laughing because he didn't really mean to use any protection at all? Oh G.o.d! That's worse than she thought.

Did the beast thought she was humorously stupid for not having any protection available? Didn't girls in her age bring them all time? Was she the only girl in this world who didn't mind keeping some somewhere? Was that idea that funny? Funny enough to make the beast let loose into a loud guffaw?

"Silly" He said after losing it all into laughter.

The devilish grin did not depart from his mouth as he continued. "I was just trying to tuck you to bed"

That was the beast's last words as he eventually move to pull something that he was trying to reach out earlier. Turns out he was not reaching for her nightgown's strap but for the blanket crumpled just beside her shoulders.

"What were you thinking?" he asked, teasing her wildly.

Xhemin was left red faced and feeling like a little chick that just jump into a cold pond of ice.
