Unfortunately, Chairman Mo and Director Mo Qiwn neglected this rule and wanted to discuss this action based on their personal interests while disregarding all of the stakeholders' interests. Nevertheless, Shaan Industries always holds up high for their moral value, therefore, President Mo had already sent the lawyer of the company to the board meeting to make Director Mo Qiwn's proposal void."

"However, as per rule 30 of the bylaw of the company, every proposal whether valid or void has to be presented in front of the Shareholders in a meeting. Since it was a big proposal, let's not forget the fact, the majority of the board of directors had also agreed to it, therefore, it is the duty of President Mo as a CEO to consider the shareholders' opinions as well, even though it was already considered voided. I hereby make a request to our shareholders to cast their vote whether this proposal should remain void or it should be considered valid."

Qi Zhu summed up his speech in a precise manner so that it showed that Mo Mushan and Mo Qiwn overused their power along with disregarding the shareholders' power while Mo Lingtan still prioritized the shareholders' opinions even though the proposal had been pa.s.sed against him.

Now, only the person who wouldn't take Mo Lingtan's side, he would have been considered to be bitten by a crazy dog.

However, before the shareholders started casting their votes, Mo Qiwn stood up to present his speech. No matter what, he wouldn't take this. .h.i.t so easily.

"Dignified Stakeholders, since I had presented the proposal I have a reason which proves the incompetence of President Mo Lingtan which is why I want to remove President Mo Lingtan from his position. I would request the shareholders to let me give you a chance to see some facts which prove my point." Mo Qiwn looked proactively at Mo Lingtan.

Mo Lingtan's face looked gloomy but he still remained silent so that he could look at what Mo Qiwn had in his sleeves.

While for the shareholders, there was a twist in the facts provided to them. Mo Qiwn wanted to prove that Mo Lingtan was incompetent which was difficult to accept. As they thought, were they trusting the wrong person?

No this couldn't be.

Then what was Mo Qiwn saying?

Since Mo Qiwn had been asking for a chance they would definitely give him that opportunity so that they could ascertain if the interests in Shaan Industries wouldn't be affected.

This time, the shareholders showed support towards Mo Qiwn far more than they had shown support towards Mo Lingtan regarding the removal of the board of directors.
