"You have already prepared for it, boss?" A smile painted on Xiao Min's lips but the next line from Lu Qiang wiped that smile from his lips.

"Preparing to lose is easier than preparing to win."

Xiao Min went through the file and the numbers written inside shocked him. "With these numbers, we will win for sure."

"Not necessary but now I think, trying to lose in a way we plan can be difficult," said Lu Qiang and it puzzled Xiao Min even more.

"I didn't get it, boss,"

"No need to think about it. Just prepare for the most important project coming that we can't afford to lose."

"Got it, boss."

As Xiao Min turned to leave, Lu Qiang spoke, "I won't be there for that land thing and you have to represent me. Come to Lu Mansion a night before and I will give you a file for the next day."

Lu Feng opened the file. "Is this land that is on the east side of the city?"

In the next two days, there was a time when all the company representatives gathered. Xiao Min was sure that his company would win with such a huge number of prices to be offered but he was wondering why his boss wanted to lose it. For him, his boss was always the right, so he trusted him.

Ming Rusheng saw Xiao Min was alone, so he asked, "Where is president Lu? Afraid to lose or what?"

"Boss had more important things to than this small one."

"As all the big companies gathered here to get this land, your boss still has the audacity to call it not so important thing."

As Ming Rusheng was not just a business rival but the relative of his boss's family, Xiao Min didn't want to argue with him but he couldn't handle the insult of his boss. "If the boss thinks it's not important, then for me he is always right even when the entire world thinks otherwise."

"What a loyal a.s.sistant, Lu Qiang has. I am so touched." Ming Rusheng commented.

Xiao Min looked at the man standing beside Ming Rusheng, the a.s.sistant of his father. This time Ming Yusheng didn't join his son and instead, he sent his a.s.sistant Xiu Ying with him.

Xiao Min smiled to look at a.s.sistant Xiu Ying and said, "I guess, young master Ming's father must be glad to have one loyal a.s.sistant too."

The other man just smiled and didn't reply.

Ming Rusheng smirked. "Hmm! One smart a.s.sistant Lu Qiang had got. Will see who is right then. Your boss or others."

The result of the meeting was the Ming industries got the land. Ming Rusheng smiled to look at Xiao Min while Xiao Min bowed a little saying congratulations.
