High profile merchants of the sea and envoys of the four major families of the East Sea Nation’s merchant community were gathered here. The East Sea Nation was the organizer today and it led the conversation between the various merchant parties to set up a collaboration with Sea King Island. This was a great event that no one dared to miss…otherwise, they would be giving up all their rights to continue trading in this sea area. 

For the various merchant parties in the East Sea Nation, the so-called threat of the pirates was not something they were fearful of. They were powerful enough to confront the pirates. Then, s.p.a.ce exploded and a huge force gushed out, instantly breaking apart the peaceful mirror. Enormous waves swept through the skies, each of them possessing strength strong enough to wipe out a mountain. These forces swept out in all directions. 

Pearl Signal and Black Death Signal were both in the attacking radius of this. Black Pearl and Han Shuisheng turned as white as a sheet and there was fear and despair in the eyes of everyone on board as they stared at the onslaught of tsunamis heading for them.

A calm sword hummed and within a short period of time, all the rolling waves burst apart and turned into vapor. In the blink of an eye, the waves of doom had turned into harmless mist that surrounded the entire sea region. 

Qin Yu lifted his head; his sharp gaze seemed to pierce through the mist as he stared directly at the Sea King descending. 

With an overbearing aura and an authoritative stance, the Sea King’s expression instantly changed. For the first time, he felt threatened. It seemed as though the world had darkened and color was drained from it. Gradually, he turned pale and a deathly aura drowned him. Every strand of his hair stood at its end, petrified from the fear. 

Run! 

His dark face became rigid and he turned to flee in fear. With a True King’s cultivation, he could teleport at will, and the moment his foot landed, he would be in the East Sea. 

His reaction was fast and s.p.a.ce made way for him. Just as the s.p.a.ce was about to swallow him, a sharp ‘rip’ sounded by his ears. It was not loud, but the Sea King fell limply to the ground. Lowering his head, he looked in horror at the tip of the sword that was sticking out of his chest. His lips twitched but no sound came out.

Glee instantly filled the envoy and the rest of the merchant parties. If this was the case, it was splendid. The darned Sea King Island should have been exterminated long ago. Every year, they risked their lives to deliver goods across this dangerous sea and their profits were eaten by Sea King Island.
