Emperor Qin stood by the wall at the borders and he overlooked the vast capital. This was his capital and people. The wind blew across Emperor Qin’s long robe. He closed his eyes and there was a contented look on his face. 

The sound of footsteps came from behind him. National Advisor Chen She walked towards him and bowed, “Your Majesty, you were looking for me?” 

“Mm.” Emperor Qin nodded and he knocked on the wall, “National Advisor, what do you think of my Qin Nation?”

Emperor Qin said, “That’s right, I want to unite the eight desolate regions and unify the entire world. I have always been considering it but I hesitated to take action. Otherwise, I would have planted my royal flag in the Desolate World already.”

“National Advisor, don’t worry. There is change from White Jade Capital. Although I do not know the actual reason for the change, it does not concern the Qin Nation. Even though these nations knew that Qin Nation was strong and they were the strongest among all the nations, Qin Nation had many elite soldiers who were unrivaled. Despite the all out effort from the various nations, they suffered defeats in the major battles. 

The North, South, East and West Desolate Regions acted as the alliance leaders in asking for help from White Jade Capital. After all, the reason why the Desolate World could have eight desolate regions was because of White Jade Capital’s influence. 

However, the outcome did not match up to their expectations. Qin Nation were stubborn and although the great generals of the army were respectful towards the envoy from White Jade Capital, they did not back off and they were determined in their stance not to retreat. At the same time, Emperor Qin stationed himself in Xianyang and he was facing a projection from Ninth Dao Master that had descended. 

“Emperor Qin, you have broken the deal you made with me before.” Ninth Dao Master spoke slowly. As his voice echoed through the air, shockwaves rolled out in the s.p.a.ce around him. It seemed like calm waves, but each one of them harbored terrifying power. The moment they were released, they would flatten the entirety of Xianyang. 

Even though Emperor Qin was here, he would only be able to watch the disaster unfold with his eyes wide open. He would not be able to stop it. This was the power of an elite Dao Master; it was enough to compare to an ignited Incense Great Dao cultivator. 

Emperor Qin remained calm as he faced the projection of Ninth Dao Master, “Dao Master, if you had not interfered, the Desolate World would have been united many years ago. I have already tolerated it for many years and I do not want to tolerate it any longer. You can take action and destroy Xianyang but I guarantee you that you will pay a similar price. 

He pointed to the skies above his head, “Above Thirteenth Floor lies White Jade Capital; it is a place that is rumored to be impossible to go to. However, it is not difficult for me to head there. “Emperor Qin, I will make you pay for this in the future.” Ninth Dao Master’s voice was calm. He turned around and his projection vanished. The vibrating s.p.a.ce returned to a peaceful state like before. At this moment, he could not fight against Emperor Qin. Otherwise, the ninth White Jade Capital would be in deep trouble. The other eight White Jade Capitals would be rejoicing at its demise. 

“Congratulations Your Majesty!” The national advisor stepped forward. He bowed respectfully although his face was pale. This was the first time that he had faced a power as formidable as a Dao Master. He was as powerful as the universe and the national advisor could not sense the limits of his strength. Chen She knew clearly that everyone aside from Emperor Qin in Xianyang would have been killed had the Dao Master decided to take action.
