Luckily Kay was strong in her training. It certainly took all of it not to snort, since she knew how Kyle truly felt for Samantha. Seeing his dejected, 'I-am-broken' look made her think yet again, just how high a level Kyle's acting skills were.

Kyle turned to Sarah and said, "If it gets dug up somehow, just clarify through the club that yes, I had dated but we went our separate ways amicably due to circ.u.mstances."

"You okay, Kyle?" Xing Han asked worriedly.

"As well as anyone can be seeing his special one walking away," Kyle answered softly, "But I'll get her back someday."

Sarah felt like her heart just broke.
