Mika wanted to save Joanos' life, but her powers were almost depleted. Just saving Lord Tasar's life was struggling enough.

"Look, I would like to help Joanos as much as you guys do, but-"

Mika looked at Lord Tasar, begging on the floor with tears in his eyes, wondering when did she become a deity for a grown man to bow to her like this.

"Miss Mikaela..."

"Shut Up! If you are going to ask for the same thing..." Mika gave a sharp look Kaze way. Was Kaze already henpecked by Joanos that he forgot who his master is?

"Kaze, as my personal guard you should not be asking this of me, I have already catered to your wishes once... Does life mean nothing to you now?"

Kaze, who was about to open his mouth to beg Mika, closed it. How could he forget that he is Miss Mikaela's personal guard? I have put her safety at risk before, and now I'm trying to do it again, what am I thinking?

"Thank you, Miss Mikaela!.." Lord Tasar got off the floor, rus.h.i.+ng over to hug her.

"Don't thank me yet, I don't know if I can save him..."

"It's okay as long as you try." Lord Tasar nodded, knowing that Joanos' condition was in a dire situation right now.

"En." Mika made her way to Joanos, taking the same meditative sitting position she did with Lord Tasar.

"Lord Tasar, you don't need to stay here for this...Right now your family and clan are in danger, and as clan leader, it's your job to handle it....so, I will not keep you.."

Tasar knew what Mika was saying was right. So, as much as he would like to stay by Joanos' side, he had to leave.

There were important matters for him to handle, for example, that conniving b**ch, Vanya, and her ingrate of a brother, Kendel.

Leaving Joanos in Miss Mikaela's hands, Tasar left the office in search of his personal steward. He could feel the Jinx slowly withdrawing from his body, the last thing he needs is to come in contact with Vanya and Kendel again. Since they think he's dead, he should play along.

"Kaze, Saavi lock the door and stand guard. Anyone who comes close, even if it's lord Tasar, deny them access by any means necessary...and don't disturb me."

Given her orders, Mika quickly entered her mind s.p.a.ce, looking for Drako.

"Drako....!"

"Drako...!"

"Ugh...Drakonas!"

"Here."

"What can I help you with?" Drako smiled in Mika's face.

"I need you to help me to do another regeneration."

"Okay, when?"

"Drako...Please, it's an emergency!" Mika knew this wasn't going to be easy.

Mika got down on her knees, looked up at Drako with hand clasp together in a prayer position, and asked Drako once again for help.

"Please, Drako we don't have much time. I need your help..."

Mika swore she was going the get Drako back for this.

"Prepare yourself. If you're able to save this person, you will be completely drained of all the energy you have left."

"How long will it take to replenish?" Mika worried as she thought of the coming war and danger outside.

"I don't know, but because you have just awoken, I would say awhile... Still, want to do it?"

"Yeah...Let's start."

When Vanya, Kendel, and Kerala (Fake Tasar) left the office, their first destination was to Tasar's first wife, Elmer's mother's residence.

On the way though they were regularly stopped by various people seeking Lord Tasar's a.s.sistance. And since "Lord Tasar" couldn't speak, this left for awkward situations.

Having enough, Kendel had Vanya show them the long way around to the first wife's residence, to avoid any more of the Udava people.

Finally reaching their goal, Vanya led Kerala (fake Lord Tasar) and Kendel through the front gate when the alarms rang.

"Is that what I think they are?" Kendel asked as he saw people running out of their residences.

"Yes, the war is here." Vanya lambaste her luck. They didn't get the kill any of the wives nor children yet. She truly underestimated Tasar's popularity in the Udava clan.

"What do we do now?" Kendel watched as more and more people fled their house, heading towards the estate center.

"Lady Vanya!..." Kerala called Vanya as she felt her disguise wearing off.

"We need to leave now..." Pulling Kendel and Kerala away from the first wife's home before someone sees them.

Running over to one of the secluded gardens, Vanya waited until Kerala finish her transformation before turning to Kendel.

"Kendel, the rest will be up to you...Wait until the fighting starts, then have your men blend in with the soldiers and kill all of Tasar's wives and children. " Vanya pulled and tablet from her pocket and sent Kendel pictures of all of Tasar's wives and children.

"Got it...What will you be doing?"

"We need to head back to the office. With Lord Tasar dead and the war here, everyone will be seeking "Lord Tasar" guidance." Vanya said, pointing at Kerala.
