After Lady Jaelah caned Lyra's kitchen staff, she celebrated with a feast for her and all her people while Lyra was busy moving her people around to supplement to loss of her cookers.

As night fell the aroma from Lady Jaelah's feast began to permeate the other residences, the smell made anyone who smelled it salivate.

Seeing Lady Jaelah's nod, Thalia knew the plan was a go.

"Sirs, I know something is wrong with my allowance. The amount has changed from what it used to be..." Jaelah had Thalia and some others run to the elders to complain about their allowance amount since yesterday afternoon.

To put the matter to rest and so they can get some peace a quiet. The elders decided to do an audit with the treasurer.

Inside the finance building, the elders looked for the trustee, but all they saw was his worker.

"Where is the trustee?"

"He went home."

Home...? Why would the treasurer go home in the middle of the afternoon?

Feeling something isn't right, the elders knocked on the trustee's door.

At first, when no one was answering, they figured the man was probably tired and took a nap, but just when they were about to walk away, the door creaked open.
