w.a.n.g Guofeng found an excuse to send away Ling Yu before he closed the door and privately conversed with Huo Kun.

"Is this an act? Holy s.h.i.+t, I was actually beaten up to this state!" Huo Kun vented his indignance.

w.a.n.g Guofeng understood what Huo Kun was feeling right now, which he immediately soothed, "I've already warned you that you have to take a risk. If we didn't make it realistic, how could we deal with Su Tao? If your injuries weren't serious, how would your uncle help you?"

Patting his shoulder, w.a.n.g Guofeng consoled, "Don't worry about this; our plan is flawless!"

The 'old man' took the ticket without any hesitation then took a sip of tea and cautiously looked around. "I can't stay here any longer. It was a good cooperation, I'll take my leave first!"

The 'old man' visited the washroom, and w.a.n.g Guofeng never saw him again.

w.a.n.g Guofeng knew that the 'old man' had changed into another disguise as a pa.s.serby and left without him noticing.

He inwardly sighed at the talented people in the world. Such a formidable disguise was more shocking than anything else.

His scheme this time to frame Su Tao wasn't anything complicated, it only required the expert from the Witchcraft Sect to disguise himself as Su Tao and execute violence on Huo Kun, leading the latter's legs to be crippled.

In the end, the surveillance camera captured the entire process. When the police received a report, they retrieved the footage and verified Su Tao's ident.i.ty before arresting him.

Nodding his head, the officer gave a signal to his subordinate, who unlocked the cell. After Ye Ling entered, the officer did not follow but stood in the hallway and smoked a cigarette.

The officer was now bearing a ma.s.sive pressure since he never expected that there would be a special suspect in his detention center. Both the friends and enemies of this suspect weren't people he could afford to offend.

The celestials fight while the mortals suffer. Thus, he could only take care of the suspect and pray that he would not be implicated.

"I never expected that my first visitor would be the princess of the Ye Family!" Su Tao waved the cuffs in his hands and sighed as he shook his head with a bitter smile.

"You seem pretty relaxed and calm!" Ye Ling glanced at Su Tao with a smile as if she had forgotten how Su Tao slapped her.

"What am I nervous about? Groundless accusations are bound to clear up sooner or later." Su Tao calmly replied.

"Heh, you're pretty stubborn!" Ye Ling applied pressure without any emotion and continued, "The process of you beating up my cousin has already been recorded. For you to be able to cry out in grievance, I admire your mentality quite a bit."

Shaking his head, Su Tao smiled, "If you really want to frame a good man, then you can fabricate the evidence needed. But I believe that the innocent will be proven, and time will prove everything."
