Physician's Odyssey Chapter 500 - Punishing the Evil

Zhen Difei was the cousin of Ni Jingqiu, the son of her aunt, Ni Buqing. For the past few years, Ni Buqing has been plotting to change the surname of her son to 'Ni' so that he could inherit the family business.

Thus, Zhen Difei did not have any good impression of Ni Jingqiu, especially when he became a joke amongst his friends due to Huo Kun's incident. Every single time there's a gathering, his friends would comment on his cousin, which made him feel embarra.s.sed.

"I'm sorry about this, but my friend has lost something, and we suspect that your friend might have stolen it. So I would like to find it!" Zhen Difei smiled as he swept his gaze around before stopping on Yuan Cui.

Instantly, Yuan Cui was dumbfounded. She initially thought that Zhen Difei might have taken a fancy to her, which was why he gave her a ring. But she never expected that he was actually laying a trap for her!

The woman standing beside Zhen Difei suddenly pointed at Yuan Cui and said, "That's her! I did not lock the door earlier when I was changing, but I never expected it to be missing after my shower!" After that, she started rubbing her eyes and sobbed.
