Bella loves the atmosphere in the church because she can't forget her problem by playing with the kids . Bella dedicates her time to play and comfort the orphan kid in the church . Nathan adores her more with her care toward other . It doesn't take long that Nathan phone starts to ring . "I have to go now to the hospital, duty calls . Anyway happy birthday . " Nathan whispers to Bella's ears, it looks like Nathan is kissing her cheeks . And he left her with the kids .

Bella back to the same place this morning, to find the whole room decorate with flower and balloon . Jun arranges some cake to be delivered to his presidential suite . Bella can't believe that someone will do something like this for her, not even her jerk ex-boyfriend .
