Among the crowd, officials that Liu Ping had planted in advance shouted out as planned .

There was no cheer or a hand-clap from the crowd . Instead, the slammed their foreheads to the ground . All of them kowtowed to Liu Ping as they were moved by the declaration . They swore their loyalty in their heart .

Dong Zhuo and w.a.n.g Yun smiled as they also bowed .
