Kai, I am a citizen of Alfrine Kingdom and have to depend on Oman Empire to defend us from magic beast of forbidden forest can provide protection to me. That's why I, Regas and others have decided to join Oman Empire under Duke Grawan among the three empire, Oman may not be strongest but they have the most resources and protection of War Sovereign San Di.The second strongest person in the continent"

Look like the true reason why three kingdoms have so less expert are due to the undercurrent and not having ability to protect as well as help them grow as he look at Tylon and Alice.
