Mark stepped back dodging his attack from above and rotated his body to create enough momentum to parry with his blade from the attack that he was going to receive from his side he directed it above to make his gaurd open, he stepped forward and pierced his blade right into his skull, killing his second target. just before the other person was able to pierce his sword in Mark's limbs to capture him, traversing skill played an important part, he traversed behind him killing him exactly the way he dealt with Helien.

With in few seconds three experts were killed , before they did not aim for his life, rather they wanted to capture him, they had disadvantage when compared to Mark who aimed for their life, which has made them suffer losses of 3 comrades, they had enough of capturing him, so they decided to kill this little monster and capture his mana core before his spirit leaves the body.

Mark tried to use his half finished ability, which he named resonance, it makes resonance of atoms at subatomic level, which helps him reduce or negate the effects of the attacks or break weapons and armors of the opponent that he touches with his bare hands, he confronts 4 opponents at once this time ideal for him to utilize his new half finished ability resonance, Mark as usual with his small build had advantage in dodging their attacks, he utilized his battle experience which he had acc.u.mulated through countless battles and fighting in foreign lands against demons during his previous life. Fighting these experts when he had his advantage over the usage of slayer t.i.tle, wining against them was then easier than toying with children, but the only problem that he had was his time limit which was one minute, he had to finish them within that allocated time.

The battle was divided into seven zones where the guards had equally distributed them, holding them there for Mark to finish them off, yes they were just 40+ level but when fighting against these 50+ level experts from Wade family, they were meant to hold their fort, holding them with them, separated from their rest of the group for plenty of seconds which was enough for Mark to finish them.

Now comming back to where he had confronted those four experts, he used his resonance skill and touched the sword with his bare hands, but not as much as he had expected it to work, the sharp end of the blade had cracked and became blunt, Mark had caught his sword pulls that expert towards him, he used his fire blade as usual and used the experts dead body as a meat s.h.i.+eld to defend against the attacks, he was about to receive, Mark had a new enlightment in his strategy, if this resonance can break or disintegrate things can that'll be applicable to human flesh, particularly their brain.

Mark tested his new strategy over the three experts by traversing followed by resonance, even tough it was a bit shameless to kill the targets from behind, considering the level gap and time limit he had, it may... not... be considered as a bad one perhaps.

With each time he uses his resonance ability, it had started to get perfect, finally ten seconds were left and 6 targets had still managed to remain alive under his slaughter, yes it was nearly an one sided slaughter as Mark uses his blade to Parry or uses traversing to not even let a single attack land on him, or uses resonance to make their wepons blunt or sneak attack them from behind.

He signs the ex-guards to block off their escape route, to prevent them from running away, as even a single one may cause him great damage to him, if they were to stay alive and attack him when he was at his weakened state.

By this time he had gained few more insights in using his new ability. Mark now tries to apply resonance to his blade to see if its effects were any more significant than his earlier attempts. His blade had pierced right through their weapons which were like gra.s.s to be cutter open by his resonated blades.
