Xie Yuansheng held Feng Xinying's hand and together they walked down the hill towards the road where the car was parked. When they reached it Xie Yuansheng threw the car keys at Feng Xinying and merrily went to sit in the pa.s.senger seat. He crossed his hands across his chest as Feng Xinying started the ignition. Just before she changed the car's gear to "drive" she noticed that he hadn't put his seatbelt. She bent towards him, removed his hands from his chest and then pulled the seat belt to strap him. She sat back in the driver's seat and strapped herself before pressing the push b.u.t.ton. 

Xie Yuansheng closed his eyes and hummed a song as the car started. 

"You said, you would watch the scenery outside while I drive the car but all I see is that you are sleeping and singing a lullaby to yourself," said Feng Xinying. 

"I am not sleeping, I am just enjoying my journey as my wife is driving," said Xie Yuansheng and continued to hum the song. It was so peaceful and quiet that Xie Yuansheng slid down in his seat further. All of a sudden there was blaring music in the car. He opened his eyes and sat in his chair with a jolt. The music system of the car was at a high volume and he saw that Feng Xinying was shaking her head and her body while driving. 

"Xinying! Stop that cacophony!" retorted Xie Yuansheng and stopped the music with the remote. 

"It is known as Rap, old man. You who sings a lullaby, won't understand," said Feng Xinying as she again started the music on loud volume. 

"The skies above are grey

If you hold me, I'll sway

Your love flows in my blood

It makes my heart play"

Xie Yuansheng choked at the music! "What has the singer done to such beautiful lyrics?" He is not even singing, he is merely speaking those words with music in the background." 

"Yes, that's the essence of rap music," said Feng Xinying as she turned to look at him. "My old man, how would you know? You've always been so much immersed in the office work. All this music must be new to you but let me tell you, this was invented much before you were born," she mocked. Then she looked at him and said, "How would you sing it, had you been the singer?" 

Xie Yuansheng lowered the volume and started singing the song as though he was singing a lullaby. Feng Xinying narrowed her eyes at him. Next moment the music system was again blaring. Feng Xinying gave him earbuds lying in the dashboard. Xie Yuansheng clenched his jaws, s.n.a.t.c.hed the earbuds from her and inserted them in his ears angrily. However, after some time Feng Xinying switched off the music.

The car was driven in silence as the dusk fell and the night approached. "How long do I have to drive?" asked Feng Xinying. 

"Just another half an hour," he replied lazily. 

Feng Xinying looked ahead the road and sighed. All of a sudden the car jerked a little, sputtered and the engine stopped. Xie Yuansheng looked at Feng Xinying and said in an accusatory tone, "What have you done to my brand new Porsche?" 

"What do you mean I have done something to it?" I haven't gotten inside the engine and stopped it!" she grumbled at him. 

"How did the car stop?" he squealed. 

She shrugged and replied nonchalantly, "I don't know…"

Xie Yuansheng didn't know how to check technicalities of a car, and so he pursed his lips. "Okay, I will call the nearest mechanic to tow the car." Saying that Xie Yuansheng opened the car door to stand out. He stretched him limbs and then went to the backseat after placing the call. He sprawled and once again closed his eyes. He hummed the same lullaby to go off to sleep. 

In the front seat Feng Xinying muttered "I know how to rectify the problem. It is very easy," as she browsed through the Internet. She selected a video with maximum views. She opened the fuse box as the video instructed and then pulled out some wires out. The video mentioned that there would be blue, red and green wires inside, which have to be pulled out but when Feng Xinying pulled them out, they were blue, orange and black. She looked at them with slight confusion but she wondered how hard it could be. She played the video again. She went on to cut the wires first accordingly, and then connected them. 

Then she went outside and opened the bonnet. She stood there as she tried to make out what parts were there and which ones needed to be looked into according to the video. She bent down and finally located the orange wire that was much below the engine. 

Xie Yuansheng opened his eyes from his slumber and heard some noises coming out from the outside. "Has the mechanic come?" he thought and got out of the car. When he went in the front, he saw Feng Xinying bent over the car with exposed b.u.t.ts, trying to find something. 

Shocked, Xie Yuansheng asked, "Xinying why have you bent over so much?" as he went and stood behind to cup her b.u.t.tocks so no one sees them. 

"Ah! It's right there!" said Feng Xinying as she pulled the orange wire. She pulled it until it got detached from its junction and was in her hand. 

Xie Yuansheng didn't know what to do - to cover his wife's naked b.u.t.ts or to mourn over the orange wire that was in her hand. He looked around frantically for any signs of human as he cupped them. Thankfully there was none. 

Feng Xinying walked back to the car as Xie Yuansheng took his sweater and tied it around her waist while she walked. Feng Xinying bent again to see the fuse box where she matched the wires. She used her teeth to bite that orange wire to expose its copper and then went back to the bonnet to put is back in its place. In the process, the sweater opened.

While arranging the circuitry out there, Feng Xinying said, "Seriously Xie Yuansheng, you should thank your stars that you married a versatile woman like me. You have got a lottery. Not only I am your driver, I can also mend broken cars." She was just too proud of herself at that time and patted herself on her shoulder.

Xie Yuansheng smiled when he saw how dedicatedly his wife was working. "Oh!" he said as he wiped the grease off her face with the sleeve of his s.h.i.+rt while she was working. She was looking so adorable that he took his phone out and again started clicking her pictures. He went behind her and clicked her picture with exposed b.u.t.tocks.

Feng Xinying turned around and scolded him. "Why are you clicking pictures of my b.u.t.tocks?"

"They are just very camera friendly and are practically begging me to take pictures," he replied as he bent down further to capture their "pose". 

Feng Xinying closed the bonnet, sat inside the car and pressed the push b.u.t.ton to start the engine. Xie Yuansheng watched her doing it while standing outside near the driver's seat. The engine roared to life. Feng Xinying smiled and s.h.i.+fted the gear to "drive". 

Suddenly there was a loud noise, 

"Phat!" 

"Boom"

Smoke started coming out of the PC Board of the car. Scared Feng Xinying looked in that direction with wide eyes.
