"Oh! I forgot to tell you about my product," she exclaimed. "Now since the two of us will be working together on its launch, you should know about it. Although I have been working on it for 4 years, it's still incomplete. But don't worry, after hearing about your problem I am already doubling the time, soon it will be ready." She looked at him with clear eyes and explained excitedly.

"My product is....."

'RING' 'RING' 'RING'

Before she could say anything further, Feng Jianyu's phone rang. He excused himself and went to the side to pick the phone. It was his a.s.sistant Rong Xiang calling, to inform his boss about an important meeting. He had already canceled this meeting thrice, any further delay will cause a ma.s.sive loss for the company.

"Boss with due respect, you have to attend this meeting... Clients are about to reach here at any moment, and we have already turned them back thrice. It's the question of Feng Corporation's credibility.... I promise I won't pester you anymore after this..... Just once..." Rong Xiang pleaded his boss.

Feng Jianyu ran his fingers in his hair and glanced at the girl standing not too far from him. Taking a deep sigh, he decided to attend this meeting once, "Ok fine I am coming to the office... But only for this meeting..." He hanged up angrily.

Feng Jianyu walked to her with a sullen face. "What happen?" she asked.

He exhaled loudly before answering, "I have an important work…Got to go… Be good and eat your lunch. I have already ordered it... Wait for me, we'll talk later" With this, he went outside without waiting for her reply.

"Hey wait! You forgot to take your diamond." She yelled from behind.

"Keep it with you… I will take it when I come back, I trust you..." He shouted without looking back.

The meeting lasted till late at night. By the time he got off from the meeting, it was 2:00 a.m. Taking out his car from the parking, he drives towards the resort they were staying. It was raining outside beautifully; he thought to share his happiness with his cousin brother. Putting the phone on wireless, he called w.a.n.g s.h.i.+ to tell him about the good news.

"Hey!"

w.a.n.g s.h.i.+ answered sleepily: "Dude, can you please check the time before calling. After performing 18-hour long surgery, I slept just an hour before."

"Listen to me. I have a good....

7 YEARS LATER-

It's 6:00 in the morning.

Sun was so warm and cozy which is tempting people to sleep a little longer. Flowers were emitting soothing fragrance in the air and birds were chirping outside which seems like singing and asking people to wake up.

A beautiful villa is built on a mountain surrounded by lush green forest which can make one bask in the beauty of nature.

But a forlorn figure was sitting in the cold bas.e.m.e.nt of the villa sitting in front of the computer, typing some difficult codes at a speed of light. It seems like these codes were saved inside her brain, and she was just copying them on the computer like a child's play.

The beautiful nature has nothing to do with her. She was too preoccupied with her work that she doesn't give a d.a.m.n about anything around her.

Although the bas.e.m.e.nt was cold, it is more like a high tech science lab equipped with the latest technology computers and mechanical equipment, lots of papers with complicated designs were scattered on the table and a lot more were crumbled into a ball, thrown all around.

'DING'

All of a sudden she heard a sound and subconsciously looked towards her phone. It was a message stating...

'WILL ARRIVE AT 3:00 a.m. TONIGHT... SHARP... BE PREPARED'

She frowned and her expression turned slightly dark. She took a deep breath and calmed herself down. After thinking about a minute, she replied

'OK...I HOPE YOU WILL FULFILL MY CONDITIONS'

'DING'

The Reply came: 'REST a.s.sURED... IT WILL BE AT YOUR TERMS'.

She saw the message but didn't reply any further. Keeping the phone aside she went back to typing the codes, but after 15 minutes of trying hard, she let out a deep sigh, 'Argh.... Why the h.e.l.l people have to disturb me while I'm at work?' Banging her fist on the table, she yelled, 'my whole day is f*cked.'

She got up from her work station and stretched her body bending left-right to ease her tensed muscles. She walked outside the room towards the lobby to take the capsule lift which opens secretly in her library which is attached to her bedroom.

Reaching her bedroom, she drank some warm water, brushed her teeth, changed her clothes and went straight to the back garden where to practice Yoga.

An hour and a half pa.s.sed like this and while she was doing 'Trikonasana' (Triangle pose) she realized that someone was standing behind her...

Without any further delay, she turns around reflexively in a defensive posture but noticed it was her butler standing with a towel and a bottle of warm water in his hand. She let out a deep sigh, " Uncle Tom you scared me...How can you be so quiet!" Being annoyed by his intrusion, she complained.

Butler Tom along with his wife has been working for her for the last six years and also taking care of everything related to her. They both are very diligent in their work and have never slacked off.

In this substantial lonely villa, only three of them lives, both husband and wife love her very much. They treat her like a daughter.

Hearing her complain butler Tom apologized curtly, promising to announce his presence from next time and hand over towel and water to her.

"Miss. What would you like to have for breakfast?" butler Tom asked.

Hearing his purpose of the visit she didn't speak for some time.

Butler Tom realized that something was off with her for the past 3 days. He was suspicious that she has been worrying about something which is why she is skipping her meals and isn't resting enough.

She has been working relentlessly for last 3 days back and hasn't even taken a nap. It took her three days to step out in the open garden for her regular yoga session.

He was about to ask her if anything is bothering her, when she ordered him, "Uncle... Ask Aunt Mary to make porridge for me at breakfast."

Aunt Mary is Butler Tom's wife.

Butler Tom nodded his head in affirmation. "Anything else with it? You seem to be a little weak! How about a gla.s.s of freshly squeezed orange juice? It's your favourite after all. I just plucked some fresh oranges from the garden in the morning." He suggested.

"Good!" she replied shortly. Handing over the towel back to Butler Tom, she went straight to her bedroom to get freshen up.

After taking a bath, she blow-dried her silky long jet black hair, wear blue denim shorts with a white s.h.i.+rt matching it perfectly with a pair of white sneakers. By the time she came down to eat breakfast, it was already 9:00 in the morning.

Aunt Mary saw her coming down, "come child come.....have a seat...I have prepared special porridge for you....see how fragrant it is," she said with a smile on her face. "And here is your favorite orange juice", Butler Tom said while putting a gla.s.s of orange juice on the table.

She nodded her head lightly and sat down at the dining table to eat breakfast.

After eating breakfast, Butler Tom has just handed her a warm towel to wipe her hands when she heard a faint voice which seems like a huge fan was cutting off in the air... That sound started getting louder and louder...

She frowned hearing that noise which is slowly approaching her villa.

Butler Tom: "...."

Aunt Mary: "...."

___________________________________________________Hi friends.... this is the first time I am writing something. I have never wrote anything like this before in my life (off course except writing essays and debates in school...hehe...jokes apart).

After reading so many novels I started making my own fiction story in my mind. I literally started imagining things 24/7 and while in my sleep too. So I thought how about I share my own creation with you. I really hope you will like it and if you do find any mistake or want to share your thoughts about my story feel free to tell me.

Also please excuse me for grammatical mistakes I'll try hard not to make any mistake and make my writing as simple as possible.
