Feng Jianyu gave an apathetic smirk, "What else? What about its yearly growth? Revenue contribution in total profit? And it's software amelioration?" Hearing this, shareholders were tongue-tied as n.o.body knows the answers.

When n.o.body said anything for a minute, Feng Jianyu waved his finger. Rong Xiang bowed his head in understanding and played the detailed a.n.a.lysis report on Infinity Software on the projector screen.

The shareholders unwillingly looked up at the presentation in front of the screen. At first, their gazes were full of disdain, but soon they were dumbfounded.

In the initial 2 years of its launch, Infinity Software was definitely the best in the market. But it gradually decreased in popularity and people were still using it because of lack of better options.

Launching a product is not a onetime process; the company has to keep on improving it to make it viable for the ever-changing demands.

In the past years, not even a single Information Technology expert was able to create a satisfactory up gradation for the software. Due to its highly complicated coding pattern, no one was able to breach through the nine s.h.i.+eld protection security in order to completely decode the software and create an advanced version of it.

Due to this problem, the customer complaints went unaddressed and lots of new software stopped supporting Infinity Software.

According to the presentation, Infinity Software was surviving due to the continuous efforts of Feng Corporation and throwing in bags of money in marketing strategies. Due to the huge outflow of money, the company's revenue got affected but it got balanced off by the increased revenue in other sectors.

Feng Junjie got up from his seat to show the live demo of SIRIUS and Infinity Software. He installed the software in two separate systems to check the speed. Not surprisingly, Sirius took only 2 minutes while Infinity Software was still buffering. When he tried installing random software, SIRIUS took merely few seconds while Infinity software computer crashed.

This was the major eye-opener for the shareholders. Indeed it was not Feng Corporation's fault for not making any counter strategy, but the fault of the maker of Infinity Software for not putting in efforts to enhance the functionality of the software during the past years.

Feng Junjie concluded, "Gentlemen's, Infinity Software was bound to meet this fate sooner or later. Better sooner than later. SIRIUS is definitely a hundred times advance version of Infinity Software. If it was not for SIRIUS some other software might have taken over us. "As far as the value of your shares is concerned. We all know it is temporary selling pressure in the market caused by panicked option traders. Within one month, with the introduction of fresh FDI's (Foreign Direct Investment) the situation will be back to normal."

"Also I would like to announce, Feng Corporation is pulling out Infinity Software from the market and soon it will be publically announced through an official press conference on behalf of the company. We know, after the announcement there will be a public backlash and we might end up paying a heavy penalty, but soon this will be compensated by our new projects…."

"One last thing, consider this as the last meeting where the topic of Infinity Software is discussed. We now forbids any investor to call for an emergency meeting without a valid purpose. Otherwise, he/she will be permanently banned to partic.i.p.ate in any meeting and their voting rights will be annulled."

The shareholders that supported Kong Wen were rendered speechless like they had been given big slaps across the face…. They thought Feng Jianyu is an incapable leader, but who would have thought the reality is something else.

"In this case, I have no objections… The decision taken by CEO Feng is indeed in the best interest of the company. Money saved is money earned. I'm sure CEO Feng will tap a better product in the near future. As long as I'm making money, I can disregard everything else" An old shareholder expressed.
