Xiu Mei thought about Feng Junjie's words… then she looks towards the pending work on her laptop….

Finally shrugging Feng Junjie's words out of her mind, she decided to concentrate on her work.

Engrossed in her work she forgot about time and by the time her work got finished, it was already dark outside. Putting the laptop on the side table, she got up to stretch her body.

She looked on her wrist.w.a.tch and realized that she has to give medicine to monster Headache aka CEO Feng.

While walking towards Feng Jianyu's room she kept on thinking about how she is going to deal with the situation.

Within no time she found herself standing outside his room. She felt like the distance between the back garden and Feng Jianyu's room has shortened.

She stood outside the door contemplating whether she should go inside or not. But giving medicine is also important; after all, she had promised Feng Dingxiong that she will take care of his son diligently.

With lots of thought in mind, taking a deep breath she knocked on the door.

Inside Feng Jianyu has long found out that someone was standing outside the door, thanks to his special training, he is always vigilant.

He understood that the person standing outside is a woman, because of the sound of light footsteps. But he did not say anything and waited patiently. He wanted to see how the person will act.

'KNOCK' 'KNOCK' KNOCK'

Xiu Mei knocks on the door.

"Come in," A heavy male voice comes from inside.

She turned the k.n.o.b and enters the room. Feng Jianyu was sitting on the bed working on his laptop.

He was wearing beige linen trousers and white s.h.i.+rt, his slender legs were crossed and his whole body was emitting an intimidating aura.

When his gaze fell on her, she could feel his cold gaze seemed to pierce right through her body.

Unable to hold that gaze, Xiu Mei anxiously told him the purpose of her visit, "CEO Feng, second young master had asked me to give you a second dose of medicine."

Averting his gaze from her face Feng Jianyu did not say anything and looked towards his laptop. But his all attention was on Xiu Mei.

She walked beside him and opened the drawer as specified by Feng Junjie. She saw a medicine box kept inside with a prescription on top of it.

She read the prescription first and then took out the medicine as mentioned in it.

Picking the gla.s.s of water, she offered medicine to Feng Jianyu.

Seeing his eyes still glued to his laptop and not paying any attention to her, Xui Mei snapped at him, "CEO Feng, if you're done pretending that you are working on your laptop, then can you please take your medicine…I can't keep standing here for the whole day."

"Who told you to keep standing here?" without taking his eyes off of screen he retorted back and pointed his left thumb towards table… implying to keep the medicine there and leave.

She complied… But before leaving, she walked towards the balcony to close the door. There she saw some bowls kept on the table. Having a doubt she uncovered the lids one by one and saw that it is today's lunch.

'He didn't eat his lunch? How will he recover? And if he won't recover then how will he leave my house,' her brows scrunched with this thought.

Feeling Indignant she turned towards him, "CEO Feng I think you don't love your family." She was looking at him with both her hands resting at her waist. There was confidence in her eyes.

Hearing a sudden voice he lifted his head and looked towards her.

"What do you mean by this?" Looking straight into her eyes he asked furiously.

"Because if you do…. Then you'd have paid attention to your own health first."

"A person who can't even take care of himself, how he will be able to take care of his family. You know how worried they are for you?"

"And you should know that your family is not limited to your family members only. The entire Feng Corporation is your family… Think about those 3 million employees working under Feng Corporation to feed their own family… And what will happen to them, if anything goes wrong with you?"

"Can you stop being so selfish?"

"I know you are a busy person….But haven't you heard a famous saying 'HEALTHY BODY HEALTHY MIND?' If you really want to get healed completely, then you have to take care of your health first…"

Then she walked towards the Table and picked an apple from the fruit basket. She peeled it and cut it into four pieces. Arranging it on the plate, she put it beside Feng Jianyu.

"Dinner will be ready by 7:00 and I will be waiting for you at the dining table."

"In the meantime please eat this apple."

"Since there is nothing else I will take my leave first."

With this sentence, she left the room confidently.
