Xiu Mei frowned at his smile and looked at Feng Jianyu questionably, who winked in response. 'Duh! Another possessive brother! So this brat was testing me. Wasn't w.a.n.g s.h.i.+ and Feng Junjie not enough that this Major General Feng Jin joined there team too?'

"Cough…. I do have a rough plan but first, let me check if there's anything useful in Zeus' laptop… cough" Xiu Mei replied softly covering her mouth.

Everyone nodded but Feng Jianyu only heard her 'cough' and his hands reflexively rose to feel her forehead. 'Still feveris.h.!.+' He frowned and looked at w.a.n.g s.h.i.+, who a.s.sured him with his eyes.

"Get out everyone! She needs rest" Without listening to anyone he pressed the b.u.t.ton to lower down the headboard back to its position and pulled the blanket up to her chin. "Jianyu I'm fine"

"No! You need rest" He eyed her sternly when she refused to take rest.

 The surrounding people understood and didn't dare to disturb her anymore and left the room.

Before leaving Lu Xion walked to her bed, adjusted the blanket around her and looked into her eyes, "If you need anything ask me. I'll get it for you" He said softly much to Jianyu's dismal who looked at him with a sullen face and wrapped his arms on her waist protectively. Don't know why! But Lu Xion always makes him feel uncomfortable.

Xiu Mei nodded instantly, "Actually I do need something. Can you get 'Jieshu' from my lab? I may need them in this mission"

"No problem!" Before leaving he gave a serious look and said, "We need a serious talk. You better be prepared" Xiu Mei could only nod her head at this. With their special bonding of seven years at least he deserves an explanation about her and Jianyu.

"Any problem love?" She heard him say and snuggled into his embrace, "Nothing that I can't handle"

"Alright!" Feng Jianyu nodded and asked, "By the way, what is 'Jieshu'? Or perhaps Who is 'Jieshu'"

"Sweepers" As per her habit she rubbed her face on his clothes and inhaled his unique scent before going deeper in his arms.

The sun was cascading rays of light across the horizon as people started waking up from the night's slumber.

Xiu Mei woke up early in the morning to start with the work ASAP and it was obvious for Feng Jianyu to follow her.

Although Feng Jin, Qingzhou Lu Xion, and Feng Jianyu's team had already taken over control on most of the North City's military power and terrorist activities, it's just a matter of time that the news will reach Kong Da's ear, prompting him to take action. Before he does anything they have to destroy this base and takeover control in their hands.

Xiu Mei took over the control of the computer room and connected her laptop and a device with which she would co-ordinate with 'ORANGE' who will be the lab body working from the lab in Mountain Villa. Feng Jianyu wanted to help but his skills are of no match if compared to her.

She settled down in front of the computer and started running the magic of her fingers on the keyboard. Recovering data from damaged hard disk is a lot easier than recovering it from burned or crushed disk. It practically takes days to recover the files from fragments one by one.

How can he not do anything when his wife is working despite being injured? So, he took over the charge of becoming her full-time a.s.sistant aka husband at service and settled down at the seat beside her. "Husband at service madam!"

Xiu Mei rolled her eyes and decided to play along, "Yes! Take over the system besides me. Whatever pictures and doc.u.ments appear on the screen, copy them to the system, print it and mark them in sequence, check if there's anything useful and keep it aside for everyone to see"

"Alright" He grinned and took over the system.

Instantly a black screen running codes at the speed of light appeared and Xiu Mei started acc.u.mulating the data from the hard disk. Both were deeply concentrated on their work, only the sound of keyboard tapping could be heard.

By the time actual computer team came there to start working for the day, they saw their big boss and a lady working there. Afraid that they would disturb them, they didn't make any noise and stood in a corner and watched them work harmoniously.
