Qingzhou smiled, understanding her problem and nodded her head, "Miss Xiu Mei, you are embarra.s.sing me by making a request. I know you have something against Kong's and I, Qingzhou Pang, will support you in this fight against Kong's. Rest a.s.sured I'll talk to the people staying in camp to refrain themselves from spreading the news. At least they can do this much for their ANGEL"

"Angel?" Xiu Mei was curious.

Qingzhou rubbed the back of his head and answered, "Er… yes! When I told them that someone is helping me in rescuing their family members and 'she' is also the one who informed me about North City's condition, they unitedly named you Angel"

Xiu Mei shook her head.

"Mr. Pang this is teamwork. And the biggest contributor is the person standing beside me" She turned to face Feng Jianyu and clasped her small hands within his large ones. Wearing camouflaged military outfit, he was looking so das.h.i.+ng that Xiu Mei gulped a mouthful of saliva as perverted thoughts started clouding her brain.

She gave herself a mental smack for behaving out of line and shook her head. 'd.a.m.n Xiu Mei! Control yourself. What's wrong with you? This is not your usual self! Yes he is your husband but stops undressing him with your eyes'

Ignoring the l.u.s.t in Xiu Mei's eyes he ruffled her hair lightly, "Mr. Pang as she said. This is teamwork. Everybody contributed equally to the success of this mission"

Feng Jianyu didn't want Xiu Mei to attract too much attention in this country especially when both their enemies are still at large.

"Indeed!" Qingzhou said "Temporarily I have taken over the military control of Country B. My trusted soldiers are still guarding the destroyed base to make sure no one escapes"

Xiu Mei raised her brows, "Dead men don't escape. Moreover, I personally witnessed that four floors were completely destroyed due to the intense impact of explosives. There are no chances of survival. However, bombs didn't reach on the fifth floor but it caught fire due to heavy damage in subsequent floors. I saw everyone burning in that fire before video surveillance stopped displaying anything"

"What about the sixth floor?" Qingzhou asked.

"Sealed! Sixth floor was so high-tech in its design that now it's impossible for anyone to come out of there" Xiu Mei a.s.sured Qingzhou before she felt Feng Jianyu's hand ma.s.saging her back as if it's natural for him to do.

He saw her folding her knees backward to ease out the stress muscles and understood Xiu Mei needs a break, "Let's rest for some time first. These things can be discussed later"

Without waiting for anyone Feng Jianyu picked her up in his arms. He raised his brows when Xiu Mei let out a small yelp and looked at him shocked. She tried to warn him with her eyes that everyone was watching them but he ignored them and carried her to room.

For some reason, Xiu Mei could not bring herself to protest and hugged his neck, snuggling closer to his chest. "Jianyu I want to meet Uncle Ghost, Roxie and Gemie before leaving this city"

He heard her whisper and replied, "Sure! But first, take some rest. Okay?"

Next day- late afternoon

"Hm…" Xiu Mei woke up and stretched her hands feeling fresh and relaxed. It's been a week she had this amazing tension-free sleep. Feeling the familiar warmth she snuggled deeper into Feng Jianyu's arms and rubbed her face on his chest.

"Sleep some more, there's no mission left to be accomplished today" She heard him say "I'm glad you were not restless last night" He pulled her up a little to kiss her on the head. Since the time he had rescued her from the jungle, her sleep was disturbed.

Whenever she slept, she would talk in her sleep saying 'Jianyu come soon'

Sometimes, she would even be woken up by nightmares and Jianyu had to coax her a lot to put her back to sleep. But even after sleeping, she would hold on to his s.h.i.+rt like an insecure child.

He was aware of her old problem of frequent nightmares and insomnia, that's why from the day one of their relations.h.i.+p, every night he holds her in his arms to make sure she sleeps peacefully.

To a greater extent, her problem was solved and she had started sleeping peacefully but it exaggerated again after the 'four day' incident in North City.

"Really? I didn't disturb you even once?" She asked, her eyes still drowsy as she raised her hand to rub them only to be held by Jianyu tightly.

He made her lie down on the bed from his arms and picked the box of medicine soaked cotton pads from the bed table prescribed by Dr. Choy.

"That's not called disturbing. Moreover, I love taking care of your smallest of needs. It gives me immense satisfaction" said Jianyu as he gently cleaned her eyes with the cotton pads before dropping eye drops. "Keep your eyes closed"

"Okay"

Xiu Mei gasped when something warm and soft rubbed against her lips. "What are you… Hey!" She was startled when his damp tongue licked the contours of her lips before pus.h.i.+ng against the seam asking for entry.

"Be good! Let me enter. Otherwise, I have many other ways" She heard his low and husky voice against her lips, warning her to stop being naughty. He patiently waited for one minute to let her address his demands before sliding his hand under her nightdress from the bottom, caressing her thighs and finally stopping at the forbidden zone to tease it.

"Jianyu…." Xiu Mei breathed out his name, feeling him rub his fingers on her nether region over her little undergarment down there and reflexively clutched her legs.

On getting the clear access of her mouth he plunged his tongue inside to devour her sweet taste. It's not that only Feng Jianyu wants to devour the heavenly taste, Xiu Mei opened her eyes instantly and hooked her hands around Jianyu's neck to kiss him with the same pa.s.sion, biting his lower lips.
