Business executives and several delegates of companies from all around the world came to attend it. Some were looking for investors for expansion, some came looking for new business opportunities and many came to present their latest products and inventions in front of everyone, seeking collaboration.

Almost all MNC's around the world are partic.i.p.ating in the biggest corporate event of the year.

Country B was aware of the importance of this conference for their economy so they made every effort to make it a successful event. 24*7 Police was patrolling the conference center, hotels where delegates were staying, and all the nearby areas.

Taking into consideration the security of VIP's, Country B's ministry appointed their best officers as the duty in charge. They thoughtfully cleared the premises of any unauthorized person and gave the special ID card containing a computer chip to their staff. Traffic was diverted away from the venue, specials vehicles were deployed to pick and drop the delegates from hotel or airport.

Only two representatives from every Media houses were allowed to enter the venue where the actual conference would be taking place. However, their seating was arranged away from the representatives in order to not disturb them.
