In the past, Feng Dingxiong had helped her twice due to which she holds big respect for this man in her heart. She can never dare to be disrespectful to him.

Feng Dingxiong looked at her with a complicated expression.

Seeing her clear and bright face devoid of any emotion, this was the exact opposite of the bubbly and chirpy girl to whom he first met her 7 years back.

At that time she was just a cute 16-year-old teenage girl wearing a pink knee-length dress, her hair tied in a ponytail, sporting white sneakers and carrying a mini bag.

He sighed.... Her beautiful big eyes say a lot of things. If one can read them, her eyes were pure which clearly tells her honesty and the spark in her eyes shows determination and hardworking nature.

But there was emptiness behind them which she was trying hard to hide behind that cute smile. She was hiding something, something sad, something that's bothering her deeply and she was fighting with it inside her heart with a mask of smile plastered on the face.

Is she still living under that trauma? 

He took a small breath and shook his head slightly as he thought of this. 

The thing that got changed in these 7 years was that the time has turned that pretty teenage girl into a young beautiful and talented woman who was standing right before him.

In these 7 years, he never thought that he will meet this young girl again and again but he has to admit that she is the only woman in his life after his mother and wife that has left an impression on his mind.

It was an accidental meeting for him and his wife Liu Ning that they met this girl.

Although it was a brief meeting, he cannot stop himself from admiring her extraordinary intelligence and talent. And he knew it, that she will make it big in the future. She held the power to rule this world.

However, not every meeting was worth remembering. Their second meeting happened in such dreadful circ.u.mstances that they both never mentioned it again.

"Ahem… Ahem…" Seeing his father staring at the girl, Feng Junjie gave a look to the a.s.sistant behind him and cleared his throat loudly to let everyone hear him.

Hearing the sound, Feng DingXiong retrieves his gaze from her face and gave a stern look to his son before turning his head back to her he said with a smile, "So you were right that one day we will meet again... Although I never took it seriously but here I'm. Glad to meet you again Miss Xiu Mei"

Feng Dingxiong didn't let his actual thoughts come out, he was clear in his mind that with the talents of this girl this was bound to happen.

"But I told you!..... That one day we will meet again. And i also told you that i'll return the favor I owe you" Xiu Mei replied with a confident smile on her face. "Although I had expected that the reason for our meeting would be different and not the one for which we are meeting today…. I am sorry," Xiu Mei said with a low voice.

Hearing her reply Feng Dingxiong's nodded once, feeling sad.

'Huh? Return the favor I owe you? What favor? What are they talking about? Did dad helped her once? But how? And how is she going to return the favor? But first of all who is she? Why are we here? And how can she help us? Is she really that good?'

Standing on the side Feng Junjie was racking his brain with so many questions that it feels like his brain will explode any moment, but all he could do was to bear with his curiosity.

He didn't have the courage to interrupt in between....

He remembered his father called him yesterday night and asked him…..NO NO NO …. Ordered him, "Come to the Feng Manor tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. sharp"

Then he hangs up the phone abruptly without giving any explanation.

When he reached the manor the next morning his father was already waiting for him in the living area and again without any explanation, he ordered him to get on the chopper.

He looked towards a.s.sistant Jun for any answers but he shrugged, showing a big question mark over his head.

Feng Junjie sighed and thought, 'If only big brother was here he could have bravely asked but his big brother was…..' A streak of sadness pa.s.sed through his face and he lowered his head.

a.s.sistant Yang Jun saw it and put a hand on his left shoulder to comfort him. Feng Junjie nodded in response.

Xiu Mei's gaze fell on the other two men standing before her and she gave a questioning look to Feng Dingxiong.

On the other side, Feng Junjie was also giving an antic.i.p.ating look to his father, s.h.i.+ning his eyes like stars so that he could know something about the girl and why have they come here early in the morning.

"Xiu Mei, he is my second son Feng Junjie and Junjie she is Xiu Mei," noticing their confused look Feng Dingxiong introduced them.

'That's it? THAT'S IT? This is the introduction you gave me? I deserve better than this!!' Feng Junjie was disappointed and was almost on the verge of crying but he did not dare to voice out his thoughts.

"h.e.l.lo….I am Feng Junjie," Being annoyed, he just nodded once and replied half-heartedly and did not even bother to shake hands with her.

"h.e.l.lo….I am Xiu Mei," she replied curtly.

"h.e.l.lo, I am Yang Jun, Mr. Feng Dingxiong's a.s.sistant," On the side, a.s.sistant Jun self-introduced himself and bowed in front of her.

a.s.sistant Jun knew that since Feng Dingxiong personally came to her then she must be someone important, he has to be courteous towards her.
