Inside the villa, in a luxurious room, a white beard man is sitting on the couch facing a huge screen in front of him. On the screen a live video of Xiu Mei is playing since the moment she had entered the villa. He was watching her intently, without blinking his eyes.

"Hahahaha.... Young man you won't be able to outsmart her, she is a genius…" He cackled loudly at Xiu Mei's smartness of turning the table, his wise old eyes shrank as he laughed throwing his head back.

Waving his shaky hands to the side where his a.s.sistant was standing, he called for his attention, "Wu Shen… Look look, how naughty she is… she didn't give any chance to Xion to bully her… Isn't she adorable?" his voice sounded full of contentment and love.

Wu Shen bent down to him, "Yes master, she is…" He smiled nodding in affirmation. "Ahhh…. My precious little girl! Whenever I look at her smile, my will power to live a little longer increases by 10 times…" He stopped for a minute before continued speaking in a sad trembled voice, "G.o.d knows how much I wish that my every morning starts with her smile." A drop of tear rolled down from his eyes.

'Cough... cough...cough cough…..'

Wu Shen moved forward, "Master… Please try to relax… Doctor has asked you to not get emotional, it's not good for your heart…" holding him by his shoulder, Wu Shen picked the gla.s.s of water from the side table and offered it to him.

Old man scoffed, "Doctor… Tell that so- called doctor that she is my medicine… I'll only get better and better if she is around me" he pointed towards the screen as he holds the gla.s.s of water clumsily between his hands.

Xion let go of Xiu Mei's cheeks. "Oww…." She pouted while ma.s.saging her cheeks which have turned tomato red.

He chuckled while pulling her hand to the golf course, "Come let's go…"

"Hey wait, X… where are we going?" she asked making her body stiff so as not budge from her position. Perplexed by her vague question he gave a look, "Mei… aren't you hungry? Breakfast is arranged in the golf course… Come let's go…" he pulled her again.

"But your a.s.sistant said..."

Xion stopped her from speaking any further by keeping his palm over her mouth, "Quite, you chatterbox.... Give your voice some break." Narrowing his eyes sharply he glared at her, "You have already consumed my day's energy in order to call you here, and now you are starving me. We will eat breakfast first then you can say whatever you want to, am I clear?"

Xiu Mei nodded her head like a pecking chicken continuously. "Good girl… let's go" He removed his hand from her mouth and they both went to the open garden where breakfast is arranged.

Under the canopy, a lavish table was arranged for them with lots of scrumptious dishes. To give a beautiful vibe, a striking disposition of fresh white roses was arranged in crystal vases on to either side of the table.

It was the complete western breakfast made as per her preference, Tomato Zucchini strata, Egg potato bake, cranberry streusel coffee cake, ham and egg cups, cinnamon bun, pancake with maple syrup, fresh soy milk, and orange juice.

Xiu Mei was dumbfounded looking at the arrangement in front her, "X… Who else is coming for breakfast?" without taking her eyes off of the table she questioned him.

"No one…. It's just two of us… Why?" He answered it casually making her roll her eyes at him, "You call it breakfast! Well….. I call it feast…."

But the next moment Xiu Mei's eyes got stuck at the center of the table on the three- tier stand, which was filled with the different flavors of b.u.t.tercream macaroons. "Wowww…. So many flavors! Chocolate, strawberry, lime, mango, blueberry, and my favorite orange… Thanks, X…" Giving a cheerful smile she picked a macaroon to take a bite.

He chuckled, "Where are your complaints now?"

"mmmmmm….. It flew away..... This is soooooo good..." she moaned as the b.u.t.tercream melts in her mouth.

Xion smiled as he pulled the chair for her like a gentleman, "Sit…" she nodded her head and sat down on to the chair pulled by him, ready to munch on this generous breakfast. He sat down beside her while gesturing the servants to come forward.

2 servants came forward and gave them each a warm towel to clean their hands. After cleaning his hand he gave the towel back to the servant and ordered, "You all can leave… we'll serve us ourselves, make sure that no one disturbs us…" Servants bowed in courtesy and left the two of them alone to enjoy their breakfast.

Turning his attention at Xiu Mei, he mocked her, "Ahem... Madam Mei…tell me what would you like to start with, this poor man is available at your service" She snorted rolling her eyes, "Stop it X, you are teasing me too much… I will serve myself! " saying she cut a piece of strata and slide it on to her plate.

"Ok… Ok.. I gave up! Don't be angry little tomato… No more jokes for today, Ok?" Raising both his hands up in the air he yielded. "Hmmmm…" taking a bite of strata she only responded with a sound.

"No… What are you doing? I don't want this, it tastes bad…" Despite her protest, he poured a gla.s.s of soy milk for her and forwarded it to her, "Shhh… don't make me shove it down your throat… drink it!" With a twisted face, she picked the gla.s.s to take a sip.

Both were enjoying their harmonious breakfast when Xion's phone rang. He takes out the phone from his pocket to check the name of the caller. Finding that it was Wu Shen calling him, he excused himself from the table, "Mei, It's important, I have to take this call… Finish this gla.s.s of milk" ordered sternly.
