Common cultivation levels and understanding behind the realms.

Mortal realm:

Mortal - just a typical human

Embracing energy - the first level of cultivation introduction, where a trainee learns how to gather and infuse the world energy into his body

Body reinforcing - the second level of the cultivation introduction, when a trainee fortifies his body with the gathered energy so that it could bear the burden of future growth

(Before this point, one can only infuse the energy into himself, without the ability to circulate it)
