Shen Ruyi stopped when she heard her scream. When she turned she saw Ru s.h.i.+ whining in pain as she holds her ankle while sitting on the ground.

"Ru s.h.i.+, are you okay?"

She worriedly asked as she approached her.

"It hurts."

Ru s.h.i.+ looked up at her as she complained.

"Why are you so stupid? Who let you run in heels like a madwoman!'

Shen Ruyi scolded her but one can hear the self-blame and worry in her voice.

"Do you want me to go and call my cousin?"
