Chapter 51. Audition

"Are you nervous, Ren?"

White bear asked Ren as they exited the van. They were currently at the Arc production office, ready to give the audition.

Two days ago, Arc production had contacted them for a audition and they had settled the audition for today.

For the past few days, Ren was trying to act out the scenes in the screenplay. He had constantly acted out the scenes and memorised the lines.

The audition was on the second floor, so they had to take the elevator to go there.

Zhu Yi said as she whispered into Director Fu's ear. She was worried that Ren would not be able to do this scene as it was a important and hard scene.

It was the scene in which the male lead will complain about his life to the stars in the sky and loathe them as they never fulfilled his wish.

It was a emotional and heart gripping scene in which an actor has to show vivid emotions of both sadness and regret.

It was not a easy scene to do.

"I just want to know his acting calibre. If he can't do this scene, then he should forget about being a lead."

Director Fu was known for his strict temperament especially towards the acting. He can't endure weak acting and wants to bring the best in the actors.

"So, will you do this role?"

"I do not have any problem doing this role."

Ren said with certainty in his eyes. Although he was surprised that he has to do this scene right away, he was not worried about it.

He has worked hard to prepare for this role.

"Okay, then let's start the scene."

CEO w.a.n.g said and Ren took his position in the centre of the room.

He glanced around the room and saw that everyone's eyes was on him.

But Ren was imagining a sky and he was currently staring at it.

Faint droplets of tears appeared in his eyes but he didn't let them drop on the floor.

He shouted towards the sky with eyes full of regrets and tears. He was looking like a man whose heart has been broken into several pieces.

All of his feelings came into his face as he showed a mixture of emotions. Regrets, self loathing, anger, sadness and longing.

His expression suddenly changed to anguish as he pointed at the stars. Ren was supposed to be dead drunk in this scene, he was not in his normal state of mind.

Again tears started flowing out of his eyes as he remembered his love that he had lost. His eyes were already red and seeing his heartbroken look made one feel bad for him.
