"It was a spy drone," Tsuchiya reveals what she knows. "Its purpose was to gather information regarding the house and the people."

"It must have succeeded." He folds his arms. A bead of sweat forms on his forehead. Who is it? This doesn't sound like Has.h.i.+moto Chisa's ways. He can't be sure. "Keep an eye if something like this appears again. Raise security and investigate who could be the sender. Not even a bird should enter this vicinity."

Inside the room, Rie looks at the closed door calmly. She frowns deeply. Just then, she hears a small knocking sound.

She opens the bathroom door. There's another palm-size drone sitting on the ventilator window. As if it's aware of the person in front of it, it glides down toward her. There's a small phone attached to it. She takes the phone off it. The drone flies out of the ventilator window smoothly.

"Ingenious." She smiles at the phone. She doesn't know who is the sender. The phone is currently off. She hides it beneath the bed. 

After some time, Kiyohira comes back and finds her asleep. She's quieter these days. Not completely silent. He is also occupied because of Chisa. He sighs. It must be difficult for her to live likes this. It will be over soon for once and all.

It's day time. The breakfast time is over. Tsuchiya won't enter the room before lunchtime.

She turns on the phone. Is it Ren? It could be him. Chisa is unlikely to use this type of method. She decides to check her news first. 

[Has.h.i.+moto Chisa and Kamiyama Kiyohira are frequently seen together.]

[Kamiyama Kiyohira has filed a divorce?]

The phone starts ringing.

[h.e.l.lo, Babe.]

"Why?"

[I wanted to talk to you.]

"What do you want?"

[Do you want to leave your cage?]

"You are on the side of my enemy."

[Babe, I am not on anyone's side. I am a hacker like you are. We are never on anyone's side.]

"You won't help me for free."

She stares up at the ceiling. "Me." 

[Correct.]

"It's pretty." Has.h.i.+moto Chisa is ecstatic. The entire restaurant is booked for just the two of them.

This rooftop restaurant was the favorite spot of Kamiyama s.h.i.+ntaro. He often brought his wife, Hitomi here. Kiyohira also brought Rie here a long time ago. That night became an unpleasant night for both of them. 

Kiyohira doesn't show any expression. He gazes in the distant. He doesn't have a good memory of this place. He will never bring Rie back here again. The place is ugly now.

"Good evening, Mr. Kamiyama." The chef greets them with a bright smile. "Ms. Kamiyama, you look beautiful."

Kiyohira doesn't correct him. Chisa giggles. She will be real Ms. Kamiyama soon anyway. The chef leaves after taking the order.

Kiyohira looks apologetically Chisa. "I am sorry for the misunderstanding."

"I don't mind." She grins at him. "We really suit each other. Isn't, Kiyohira?"

"Mn." He drinks the wine, wondering how long it will take. "I was embarra.s.sed here when I brought Rie here."

"I heard about that incident." She looks at him sympathetically. "How long will the divorce take?"

"She's not agreeable. So, it will take longer than I like." He sighs tiredly. "I shouldn't have married her."

"Everyone makes at least one mistake in their lives." Chisa is content to hear his dissatisfied sighs. He's realizing. He's comparing Rie and her all the time. He's seeing her. "She has something that attracts powerful people to her."

She must be greedy because she also wants Rie back in her grasp. It's good that Kiyohira is keeping her imprisoned. After the divorce, Rie can come back to her as Chisa's toy. Rie must be suffering tremendously after hearing the recording. She either said something to Kiyohira or she didn't. She must be thinking that she can keep Kiyohira to herself by using delay tactics. She doesn't know that Chisa already has Kiyohira. Let her flap her wings with all the life she has. Then, Chisa will go and cut them again.

During dinner, they chat about normal things. Chisa doesn't mention Rie again. Kiyohira asks her about her mother. She brushes it off with a question about Grandmother Kamiyama's health. When dinner is done, they leave together. 

He drops her at her home. "Sleep tight."

"Wait." She steps toward him in a hurry. "Are you leaving just like that?"

He raises his brow. Looking into her eyes full of expectations like a 16 years old girl in love, he purses his lips. This situation... he would rather drink poison. 

"Kiyohira." She comes closer. Her voice is silky smooth. "Do you love me?"

"I admire you," He tells her honestly. He admires her acting skills. She can probably win an oscar if she opts for an acting career. He lies through his teeth. "Chisa, love means full acceptance by both hearts."

She looks down at her feet uneasily.

"You don't trust me fully. I don't blame you." He pats her head, thinking that he needs to take a dip in disinfectant. His disinfectant is definitely Rie. "I will wait."

He hopes that it's good enough to escape this situation.

She slumps her shoulder. Her heart is hesitating. It's a big decision. When it comes to Kiyohira, Has.h.i.+moto Chisa's eyes have always been covered with rosy spectacles of infatuation. She doesn't realize that her infatuation is affecting her brain to think critically. To get the heart of the man she has subconsciously desired for years, she falls into the fatal trap that he built for her.

But Kiyohira's feelings are genuine. She also wants to help him. Love is full acceptance.
