They continued their journey amid the traffic.

Yan Lv said casually, “If she dares bring a man back home, I will break his legs.”

Half a minute later, a middle-aged man barged out of the house angrily, charging at them. He was holding a cane in one hand and was shaking it angrily. He shouted, “Are you Yan Su’s boyfriend? Well, I don’t know you, so I won’t beat you. Yan Su, get out of the car now—I’m going to beat you to death. Have you forgotten what you promised me last year? Are you trying to kill me? Why do you keep doing this to me?”
