Alex and the others went around the ominous place. It turned out that the place was huge. Alex used his Spirit Eyes to scout inside from afar. He was shocked that he could see numerous Martial Lord inside.

All of them had black energy. If he tried to go inside, he didn't know how many he would need to fight. What made him confused the most was that all Martial Lord inside that place had a human shape. He thought if that place was an evil cult.

It might not be as easy as killing monsters. Alex turned his head toward them. They were still two hundred meters away from him.

"They must be Southern Kingdom's scouts. We need to kill them."

They suddenly took out their weapons. Seeing this, Alex furrowed his eyebrows. Alex looked at them with Spirit Eyes. All of them were Martial Grandmasters. Fortunately, there were no Martial Lord in their ranks

After all of them had gathered, Sherry and Kyle released numerous firebirds and shot them toward the soldiers. Alex also prepared to call Leoz if needed.

"Ready to fight. Destroy those birds first." The one who looked like the leader of the group shouted.

The enemy also used their Martial Arts or elements to destroy those firebirds.

"Anna, I'm going to release my Pure Fire. You are going to finish the ones who got suppressed by it. And to all of you, kill all of them."

"Understood!" Greg held his s.h.i.+elds while Vera pulled out her sword from her waist. As for Jeanne, her weapons were dual short swords. The blade was only around thirty centimeters long, which was uncomparable to Alex's one-meter long blade.

The firebirds were destroyed. Anna immediately disappeared. Sherry and Kyle shot out another wave of firebirds. The Tsun-Tsun couple was also ready to make a move.

After the explosion, the giant metal box disappeared. Surprisingly, inside the metal box, a few soldiers were cut into half, a few soldiers were burned, and the rest were frozen. In total, that combination attack managed to kill around thirty people.

It seemed that they were going to maximize their attack with a combination. If Greg didn't enclose that s.p.a.ce with a giant Metal Box, Fabio and Vera's combination attack might only kill around ten soldiers.

"Alright, I will trust you," Alex said. He then turned to Sherry, "Sherry, let's go."

Alex also raised his hand. Both of them summoned a big Fire Phoenix. To his surprise, Kyle also summoned his own Fire Phoenix.

"Kyle, since when..."

"Chirp!"

"Anyway, it is good that you can do it too."

Greg raised both of his s.h.i.+elds. His white colored armor that covered his body suddenly turned to green.

"Gargantua Walls"

Suddenly, ten green translucent walls appeared in front of him. It blocked all of those attacks from the soldiers.

"Anna!" Alex shouted.

"Dark Curtain!"

"What?" The soldiers were bewildered when they saw their attacks were blocked by a single person. That attack contained almost a hundred attacks, and to see a single person managed to block it. They couldn't believe it.

Unfortunately, Alex and co didn't stop there. Anna raised her dark curtain to make a dark sphere in the air and trapped all of them inside.

"What is this?"

"I can't see."

"Do-don't panic!"

"Fire Phoenix Art, First Stage. Phoenix Summoning. (Wuu.)(Chirp.)" Alex, Sherry, and Kyle released their phoenix toward the dark sphere.

It penetrated the Dark Curtain that didn't have any defensive power. When the soldiers looked at the crack on that dark sphere, they thought they were safe. Unfortunately, three Fire Phoenix came from that crack and plunged toward them.

"Boom Boom Boom!"

"Gah!"

"Argh!"

The three phoenixes exploded together, killing many soldiers. After those explosions, the dark curtain was undone.

Alex could see there were around sixty soldiers left after those attacks. The leader was angry with their condition. With Alex's small group, they could kill half of a group of two hundred Martial Grandmasters.

"You B*stard, I will ki-" Before he finished his words, his head was cut. Jeanne suddenly appeared and killed their leader. Spark of lightning appeared all over her body as she disappeared once again after killing the leader.

"Fufu, it's time for me to play."

"Kill! Kill her."

"Argh!"

Jeanne moved at lightning speed and killed the soldiers one by one.

"Fufu, I am bored that I need to wait for so long before I could join the fight. I hope you can entertain me."

"Die, you b*tch!" One of the soldiers tried to attack her from behind. But before he succeeded in it, he was killed by a spear out of nowhere.

When they saw who killed him, it was Alex. Alex just threw his spear to provide a cover for Jeanne from afar.

"Sherry and Kyle will protect Greg. Fabio, Vera, follow me."

"Understood." (Fabio and Vera)

Alex flew toward the rest of the soldiers as he clenched his sword on his right hand. He released his Omnislash. Anna also appeared beside him as she had finished killing the people on the ground. After that, Alex sealed his Pure Fire back to the seed as killing the rest of the soldiers didn't need him to do that.

"Go!"
