Jing Yichen picked her up and chuckled. “Baby, what are you blus.h.i.+ng for? It is I, who has a problem, not you!”

Shangguan Ning pinched hard upon his waist and said furiously, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier about what we went to Mu Qing for… I feel so embarra.s.sed!”

“What are you embarra.s.sed about? I have some blood clots in the important organ, or some deterred sperms and so on. Your husband is so seriously sick that he can’t even be a real man. Mu Qing must be laughing at me right now in his office.”

Jing Yichen had become unhappy after hearing what Mu Qing said about his illness.

It was such a shame when a man who loved his wife so much and wanted to have kids, heard that he was “infertile.” His self-respect had drowned in the sea.

But Shangguan Ning had been blus.h.i.+ng for almost one hour, like an overripe tomato.

His wife had said that he was excellent!

Shangguan Ning was sitting on his thighs and they were only separated by a thin layer of clothes. She had her hands under his face and was staring at him with love in her eyes. It wouldn’t be normal if Jing Yichen was able to resist this.

He picked her up in his arms and walked straight to the bedroom.

Shangguan Ning protested with a flushed face. “Put me down, time for dinner…”

“I don’t want food. I want you.”

The room was filled with excitement and frenzied pa.s.sion. The heart-striking melody bloomed so vividly that even the clouds became shy and the moon hid itself.

Shangguan Ning had wanted to ask him what injury had he received which caused this problem. She also wanted to know why he reacted so badly when Doctor Mu felt his wrist. But she was smothered by Jing Yichen’s kisses in no time.

When Shangguan Ning got up the following day, she was extremely tired. But the culprit was fresh and full of energy.

Seeing the red marks on her body, Shangguan Ning glared at him. “I suspect that you are not sick at all. Did you put on a performance in front of Mu Qing yesterday?”

Jing Yichen burst into laughter and said, “Mu Qing said that our marital life won’t get affected except that… we won’t get children that easily. I think that I should put in more effort to improve our chances.”

After the couple got dressed and finished breakfast, they went to the office together.

Jing Yichen had a meeting with several shareholders in the morning. Shangguan Ning was busy preparing for the material for the afternoon.

Lu came much earlier than Shangguan Ning. She must have driven away Jing Yiran who went to another floor in the morning of his own accord. Shangguan Ning saw him seated at Department of Finance for the entire morning and amusing the tedious Department of Finance.
