The following morning, Shangguan Ning got to know about the fraud which Jing Yichen had mentioned the previous day.

Neither Jing Yichen nor Mu Qing nor Zheng Jing told her. But Zhao Anan wasn’t someone who could keep a secret.

It was still early when Shangguan Ning received Zhao Anan’s call.

It was already a miracle that she could withhold the secret the entire afternoon and night before she made the call to Shangguan Ning about such an enormous matter.

After hanging up the phone, Shangguan Ning got upset and relaxed at the same time.

She was upset that Jing Yichen had treated Tang Yun as someone who was true to him, who had protected him and regarded his life as something important. But the result turned out to be totally different. The truth was that she had lied to Jing Yichen and everything had been her plan, starting from the shooting, her disappearance and her return, ten years later. He had not visited the company for days. Was he going to be a fatuous king who would abandon the empire for the beauty?

As soon as this thought came to her, Shangguan Ning burst into laughter. She felt that she might have thought too highly of herself.

“I am going to have fun with you today. It is important to keep a pregnant woman happy. I have already dealt with whatever needed to be done, last night. I am the president and can be absent whenever I want to. No one would dare to say a thing!”
