Jing Yiran entered home with the prize. But the moment he entered his room, he felt a pistol aimed against his temple.

“Give me the stuff!”

A ghost-like silhouette was standing behind Jing Yiran, and then the scent of candy entered his nose.

He did not move, but showed a sinister smile on his face. “Lu, you have woken up! I am so sorry that I drugged you with a heavy dose. I was worried that a small quant.i.ty may not work in your case. Does your head hurt? Go and drink some water! It is not nice of you to play with guns all the time. Put the gun down and let’s have a nice talk.”

Lu kept the gun pointed against Jing Yiran’s temple and didn’t move an inch as she said coldly, “How dare you use me! You have reached the end of your life.”

Her baby-voice sounded tender and sweet. But she was speaking in such a lethal tone that Jing Yiran felt nervous.

She was so slender, looking tiny against Jing Yiran who was tall and strong.

But her aura was really scary, making the room’s temperature drop by several degrees!

Was this the real Lu?

But Jing Yiran did not care how she acted. He firmly believed that Lu was not going to kill him. So he said with a smile on the face, “I did not use you. I was just asking you for help. Oh no, I asked the other Lu for help. You are not to be blamed.”

Lu sized him up as if she were looking at a corpse. Then she said sharply, “You don’t have to convince me. She and I are the same people! If you used her, you used me too. Where is Shangguan Ning?”

Jing Yiran stood there like a sincere guy, showing a nonchalant expression.

“I told you not to irritate Jing Yichen. Don’t you feel that you are shameless and despicable to threaten him with Shangguan Ning?”

Lu’s voice was getting colder and colder.

Obviously, she was very furious. Shangguan Ning could be taken away by Jing Yiran because of her and she had to shoulder the responsibility. She had caused Shangguan Ning’s suffering!

However, Jing Yiran got furious after hearing what she said, and argued back. “Why can’t I irritate him? I will irritate him and kill him too. Now I have the shares of Jingsheng Enterprise and will be the chief of Jingsheng Enterprise and also of the Jing Family. Why are you getting involved in this? You are an outsider anyway!”

Lu withdrew the gun and struck hard on Jing Yiran’s shoulder. Then, she broke his arm with a loud popping sound.

Jing Yiran screamed and fell onto the floor. His face turned red because of the violent pain.

“You mad woman! Are you crazy? Didn’t you fall in love with me? Why are you treating me so badly? Who would ever want to marry you when you are so violent!”

Lu showed a cold smile seeing Jing Yiran lying at her feet.

“I am a maniac, just as you said. Hahaha, can’t I ruin a man even if I like that man? I can kill him, too. If I kill him, then he will never betray me and the love will remain pure. Anyway, even if I don’t kill you, Jing Yichen will do so. If you die in my hands, I can make it quick!”

Jing Yiran was so surprised by Lu’s sudden change of att.i.tude.

He was not even aware of the pain in his arm, and stared at Lu who had gone completely crazy.

He always thought that even if Lu had a split personality, both the versions were at least reasonable, if not sensible.

But now it seemed that she did have mental issues, severe ones.

Jing Yiran got very frightened by the twisted expression on Lu’s face.

“You won’t have any use for whatever I give you. Also, you better stay away from Jing Yichen. He hates you at this moment and is getting someone to kill you. You can stay by my side. I can support you, even ten of you, with such a huge enterprise like Jingsheng Enterprise!”

Without saying a word, Lu moved the gun downwards and pulled the trigger without hesitation. She had aimed at his lower body.

Jing Yiran’s scream arose in the living room. He curled into a fetal position and rolled around in pain.

He had never expected that Lu would actually pull the trigger!
