Shangguan Ning was driving at a high speed on the highway.

She was alone in the car, but she was not scared. She was simply anxious that even one second delay would put Jing Yichen’s life in danger.

There were four cars surrounding her. The Buick was leading the way, and the other three, black Volkswagen were following her, blocking her way of retreat.

But Shangguan Ning did not plan to retreat anyways. Her car had been modified to such a degree that it could defend her and help her attack, as well. Even if there were dozens of cars in front of her, she would not have been worried.

Also, Jing Zhongxiu had sent two helicopters which were following her from a distance. As soon as she sent a signal, the helicopters would arrive in a jiffy.

According to the location sent by him, Tang Shunian was supposed to be in B City.

Tang Shunian’s forces were mostly in B City, a city where he had been operating for dozens of years. He had already taken control of several forces there, and those who did not obey his orders, were removed by him through violence.

The Jing Family had relatively weaker forces in B City, because it was a smaller city compared to A City and had a weak economy. Running B City was not practical for Family Jing.

Starting a war in B City would definitely be advantageous for Tang Shunian.

Jing Zhongxiu was instructing his men to go where Tang Shunian was, while he stayed in touch with Shangguan Ning, constantly. He was very worried that Shangguan Ning was driving to the dangerous place, alone.

Luckily, Shangguan Ning had been in touch with him all the time and was currently safe.

In the dark and cold cellar, Tang Shunian and Jing Yichen were in a face-off.

Tang Shunian never gave anyone a quick death. Since he had been through mistreatment, he wanted every prisoner to go through all kinds of torment before killing him.

Majority of people were not mentally strong like Jing Yichen nor did they have strong resistance towards drugs.

Jing Yichen had spent three days in the cellar and survived. He was the only person who could hold on for such a long time, and was able to escape from the cellar.

There was no water or food in the cellar. No fresh air was circulating and bacteria and viruses were rampant inside. In addition, there were damaging drugs and hallucinogen plus numerous crazy men. It was already a big thing for someone to have survived even one day there.

Normally, the prisoners would start getting delirious because of hallucinogen, and break down soon. Those who had weak willpower would only be able to stand it for a couple of hours.

Even Jing Yichen, who survived, had developed psychological problems. He could not stand being touched.

However, after he got married, his problem was getting less and less serious.

But Tang Shunian’s situation was getting worse and seeing Jing Yichen recover, was the last thing he could tolerate.

Another strong scent of sweetness started to fill up the cellar. Jing Yichen’s face changed as he sensed the smell. Even Tiger who was standing behind him understood what it meant. His pale face turned even whiter because of hemorrhage.

Tiger did not have a strong resistance towards drugs. He was not like Jing Yichen who had gone through strict training in his childhood. He would soon lose his senses under the influence of this scent and would start to desire for a supple body.

He looked at Jing Yichen and showed determination on his good-natured face. “Master, hit me!”

Jing Yichen shook his head and said calmly, “I will, when you lose control, but not now. Stay strong. I will take you out of here alive!”

Tiger felt warmth enter his heart when he heard Jing Yichen’s words.

He had never thought of himself as important to Jing Yichen, despite serving him for so long.

Jing Yichen had saved his life a long time ago. So he always thought that his life belonged to Jing Yichen, and as long as Jing Yichen was in danger, he would give up his own to keep him safe.

He understood that although the Master looked distant, he was a kind-hearted person who would never give up on anyone whom he thought important.

Hearing Jing Yichen’s words, Tang Shunian laughed loudly.

He looked at him and said, “Jing Yichen, you better stay alive. You dodged the punishment eleven years ago, but today, you won’t be able to. I will stay here so that you don’t hide yourself under the bodies again. I guarantee that after the fun you have today, you will never desire women. Hahaha!”

Having said the words, he summoned a group of people from the shadows whilst walking into another shadowed enclave of the cellar.

Jing Yichen and Tiger were surrounded by a group of half-naked men with only their briefs on. The drugs in the air had made them lose their minds already. They saw the prey in front of them and smiled.

These people had been trained by Tang Shunian throughout the year, and were used to tormenting the people trapped here.

When they saw Tiger and Jing Yichen, they did not think twice before surrounding them despite the dangerous looks on their faces. Some even lunged at them.

Jing Yichen watched calmly as a strong man came at him. The moment he reached him, Jing Yichen gave a quick kick, throwing the man on the solid ground.

He had killed a man in a second.

All the men were startled.

This group of men had been used to dominating people in this cellar, and those who were caught here, tended not to resist. They would get frightened and beg for mercy.

Even if there was someone who tried to resist, the drugs would make them lose the ability to rebel.

They had never met anyone as rational and combative as Jing Yichen till now.
