"She was supposed to be mine! This creature is no nephew of mine. He is not worthy to be one of us. Ryan, you have no business interfering with us as you are not family!" Max had sliced Cedric's chest and smiled evilly.

"Not related? You are not worthy to even say that. That is my Princess's chosen one. So anything that has to do with her has to do with me. So stop attacking my son in law you f.u.c.king beast! You were not worthy to be with Hestia. She was such a nice girl and lived her life as she wanted. You can not do this to her son." Ryan took a step forward

Max stopped slicing Cedric open and pointed his knife at Ryan. "Not worthy? You speak as if you knew that my sister was seeing that demon… what was his name again… Lupin no that is not right. Asmodai? Not that one but it was close to that. Ah, that's right Asmoday. I just sealed him inside of Cedric." He starts laughing like a mad man.

"You did not?!" Ryan hearing enough went in for the kill. He jabbed forward and stepped back fast as he stabbed Max in his lung. He ported to Cedric's side and moved him into the sitting position against the bookshelves.

While his back was turned Max repaid the favour and tried to aim for the heart but wasn't able to pull out the knife. "You know what became of Hestia? I killed her after she gave birth to this creature while she was still weak. Asmoday must have felt her leave this world because he tried to come to her body and that is when I trapped him with my magic. His body was trapped and I separated his soul. Now he is trapped inside of his own son's body!"

"You are seriously twisted, Max. I knew that something was wrong with you when I heard that Hestia was missing. I did not think that you would do something like this though. It sickens me to no end." Ryan turned around and held up his sword. He lunged straight and stabbed through the heart. "If I am to die I will do so to protect my loved ones."

"Then so be it." Max lifted up a silver knife and stabbed Ryan in the heart as a last resort.

"No, Ryan, don't. You can't do this. Think about Yuki. She will be devastated. You can't just leave her alone like this and what about Luna?" Cedric had lifted his head up coughing in the process but it was too late as Ryan's body started to crumble into dust.

Luna walked into the room and watched as Max fell down to the ground. She walked up to Ryan and kissed him; she bit his neck one last time. She drank his blood while crying.

"It will be alright. I know that you will do everything that is needed. I will give you the rest of my life force so that you can live a little longer while not going mad from the hunger and loss." Ryan let everything go to Luna and he touched her cheek one last time and he completely turned to dust.

"Ryan, you shouldn't have given your life for mine. You have a daughter that will now be without a father. Luna, you should've stopped him." Cedric was crying and was trying to reach out to Luna.

"Cedric, you know very well that I wouldn't have been able to help him and even if I did he still would've done what he wanted. Besides, we couldn't let Max get away with the experiments he was doing on you anymore. You're supposed to get married to our daughter. You are not responsible for what happened here as you are the victim. I am going to take away your memories of us and of Yuki." Luna smiled and touched Cedric's cheek.

"No, Luna. Please do not do this. I do not want to forget. You guys have been my saving grace with everything. How am I to know that I will find her again? Please, I do not want to forget. Please, Luna." Cedric looks at Luna crying tears of sadness.

"It's for your own good, I know that you will just blame yourself. I will make sure that she goes into hiding and when the time is right you will form the blood bond with her as promised." Luna closed her eyes and released her powers and sealed Cedric's memories. "I'm sorry to do this." She fades away to dust but in her final moments she smiles and she takes the two sets of memories along with her.

Cedric cried until he pa.s.sed out and didn't wake up.

"This is the truth of that day. I did not know what happened until just a little while ago." Cedric looked down sadly at the spot where he sat.

"It is true. That is what I saw in this room. I may have only seen pieces of it but I was the one that broke the seal on Cedric's memories, Big Brother." Yuki stood at the door looking in at the two guys.

"Do you blame Cedric for what happened?" Claude looked at Yuki and held out his hand to indicate that she could come in.

Cedric was surprised but didn't move. He looked down and didn't say anything.

Yuki shook her head no. "I would not blame Cedric for this as this is not his fault. My parents chose to help him. I know why though it is because I am his and he is mine. My parents never blamed Cedric so I will not blame him either. It is all his uncle's fault and he is dead. There is no one that we can release the anger out on at this time so it will be better to let it go than to fight it out." Yuki took Claude's hand and stepped up to the slab. There are memories of you here as well Claude. Why did you put yourself through the suffering with Cedric?"

"I became friends with Cedric at the will of our parents. I may not be an official child but I still think of them as my parents. I was told that I needed to get more information from Cedric. Sorry, bud but at first I hated you for stealing my little sister's heart and not because I wanted her but because I saw you as a leech. I went through everything with you and I realized that you were trying to do what was right. You never once said anything about the experiments but I did. I healed fast but it was still a painful process to go through. I did not want you to go through it anymore." Claude looked at Cedric sadly.
