After 10 minutes Lei Xinyi sat on the closed toilet seat lid blowing rings with the cigarette between her cherry lips.

Su Qqinwei leaned on the closed toilet door watching her perform tricks with the cigarette.

It wasn't really an ideal private place for them but this is the most they could afford.

If Lei Xinyi left the building Li Yuan would know and as the Lu's didn't really allow her to survey the city so this was the fastest private place they could find.

Lei Xinyi moaned taking in a puff, "That's been so long! I feel like it's been years since I last had a cigarette!"

Su Qianwei scoffed, "We are still sticking to that no bullsh*t policy. Get to the point, what are you doing here and how the h.e.l.l are you his fiance?"

There was no use lying. Either Lei Xinyi told her the truth and convinced her to keep her mouth shut or she would tell Li Yuan.

Lei Xinyi shrugged and took another swig of the cigarette, "I don't really know. The night you decided to tattle me to the Yu��s I had to leave Yi Yang's dwelling then the Lu's kidnapped me.

I tried to tell them I am not their daughter but they don't listen sh*t and believe that I am Lu Xinyi. Apparently, Li Yuan is Lu Xinyi fiance thus my fiance."

Su Qianwei looked at her incredulously, "What the h.e.l.l! How can they not know what their daughter looks like? Are you f*cking with me?!"

Lei Xinyi rolled her eyes then took out Lu Xinyi phone that she was using and opened the gallery then shoved the phone in Su Qianwei hand.

Su Qianwei looked at the pictures and her eyes went wide. Although there weren't too many photos but the woman in the photos, though looked awfully like Lei Xinyi, it wasn't her.

Her posture, her innocent expressions and more than anything the pictures were in modest dresses in gardens, with birds, with children, some were on rides and some were even from Sunday ma.s.s. The happiness on the woman face was real.

That could never be Lei Xinyi, she never took photos. And she was more likely to keep selfies with corpse of her victims in bikini than this.

Su Qianwei looked at the photos in disbelief, "Holy h.e.l.l! What kind of witch craft is that?! Is it your clone that you have made or some b*tch from alternate universe?!"

Lei Xinyi s.n.a.t.c.hed her phone from Su Qainwei, "The woman is possibly my doppelganger or maybe she got plastic surgery to look like me but she isn't a problem here, not anymore. I mean, for all we know she might be dead."

The relations between the Lei Family were complicated. Only the successor and the Patriarch or Matriarch bore the Family name. Other all the heirs running for the t.i.tle goes by their mother of father name who isn't a Lei.

The Patriarch or Matriarch position always stayed in the first branch of the family unless none of the first branch member is alive anymore.

When a Patriarch or Matriarch rise to the position of power they kill all the other members of their branch who hold the right to out throw their leaders.h.i.+p.

When the recent Patriarch came on the position he killed seven of his siblings brutally. He had a son who was to rise after him but he was murdered in his bed chamber at the age of eighteen.

He couldn't have children after that. That was when The Patriarch sent a search party for all illegitimate children of his siblings as Lei's never really married.

Su Qianwei was the prodigy daughter of the Su Family. Adored and cherished. But it was all an illusion and then it broke.

Lei Xinyi was a daughter of one of Patriarch's sister so in a sense they were cousin and Su Qianwei had always hated this relation for what it reminds her of.

Su Qianwei narrowed her , "I am here on business." Taking a pause she continued, "The Yu's ans Li's are getting restless I need to deal with it."

The Yu's and Li's had been on the Lei's tail since a long time but as Lei's had been in exile. Their influence in the country was weak so they were staying dormant and doing damage control instead of retaliating.

Taking the last swig of the cigarette Lei Xinyi threw the cigarette in the trash can.

Lei Xinyi shook her her head with mocking laugh, "Oh! And you are dealing with it by rubbing yourself on Li Yaun?!"

Su Qainwei scoffed, "He isn't your real fiance so save it! I didn't come here on vacations, couple of weeks ago I got an email with couple of photos of Yuan with another woman which apparently was you..."

Lei Xinyi smirked and cut her off, "You got jealous and came here being desperate."

Su Qianwei huffed, "I have nothing to be jealous of."

Lei Xinyi waved her hand, "You have a thing for Li Yaun! You are in denial or are just messing with my head!"

Su Qianwei ignored her comment, "Xinyi, Do you have any idea what Li Yaun will do to you when he discovers this? He will make you wish you were dead! You think Yu Youhan is bad, you haven't seen Li Yuan yet!"

Su Qianwei pursed her lips and then shook her head, "Lei Xinyi, the man is more than he appears. He has shadows and demons of his own. He rules 85% of the in land and off sh.o.r.e mafia in the continent. Russian mafia, Cosa Nostra, Yakuza you name it and he has submissive alliance everywhere. Where are you planning to run? To Mars?"

Lei Xinyi felt fresh fear awoke in her. She had never met him before but she had heard of his reputation. She was caution around him in the beginning too.

But his harmless smile and cordial behavior had drawn her to oblivion. Now hearing it from her, she felt her blood run cold.

Landing in Yu's prison was anything but a stroke of luck. The place was horrible and the things that happened there were far beyond horrible.

Lei Xinyi scoffed then sarcastically said, "Aren't I lady luck's favorite?′

Su Qianwei looked up from her nails and smirked.
