The Twisted Two: The Feisty And The Docile 24 Eloping Fiasco

Rolling her eyes Lei Xinyi snorted on the man antics to flirt 'Such a creative way to flirt!' She thought. Then turning back to the dance floor she audibly muttered, "You are a fine piece of meat, such a pity I am on veges this week."

"Even that's Okay with me, I am available 365 days a year, anytime, anywhere…" As he was rambling his phone received a text message from 'Li Qiang' who was the young man sitting behind Lei Xinyi.

Su Zhinan weirdly glanced at him then looked at the message with an angle the lady, who was busy ordering herself another drink, couldn't see.

Li Qiang: d.a.m.n Fu*ker!! Stop flirting with her. She is an unsafe territory!!

Looking at Lu Qiang with a bored expression, he replied.

Su Zhinan: And why is that Oh-so-Mighty?

Lu Qiang glared at Su Zhinan then typed back.

Li Qiang: Because SHE IS ELDER BROTHER LI YAUN'S FIANCE!!

Su Zhinan glanced between Li Qiang and the girl who was now looking at the pole dancer swirling her drink. As he opened his mouth to confirm….

"LU XINYI, IS THAT YOU?!" Before Su Zhinan could speak, a girl shrill voice came, confirming for him in a matter of second.

Lei Xinyi looked at the pretty girl with the natural innocent face. She identified her as Shen Chen because she had searched her online before.

She had too many photos with friends and family on social websites. But this supposed-best friend didn't have even a one photo with her.

Holding her drink Lei Xinyi scowled then said in a mocking tone, "No. You must be high to think that."

The answer shocked both the parties present, 'Wasn't she rumored to be a pushover and a kind-hearted spoilt princess?!' Li Qiang and Su Zhinan wondered

While Shen Chen thought 'Wasn't this Lu b.i.t.c.h so gullible and kind?! What the h.e.l.l happened? And she was totally in her senses! What up with this scrub?! And why the h.e.l.l was she insulting her, her 'best' friend?!

What is she even doing here? Wasn't she grounded? Even then Since when has she started visiting night clubs and how did she even meet them? And how the h.e.l.l is she dressed so well?'

But still ignoring her obvious insult Shen Chen continued in her sweet voice with a little hurt expression and greeted the two men present, "Brother Li, Brother Su."

Then turning to Lei Xinyi Shen Chen held her hands in her own, she exclaimed with a worried tone, "Lu xinyi, I was so worried about you. Who did you run to elope with?"

Then looking at the people around stuttered, "I..I didn't mean it like that… I mean w..where have you been?!"

Then as if realizing she shouldn't have said it in front of these people she looked at Lei Xinyi almost in an apologetic way.

But as she looked at the two men giving shocked expressions from her peripheral view she knew her aim was achieved.

She sure was an actress!

'Brother Li… as from the Li Family. Was he Lu Xinyi fiancé? Or was he a relative.' Lei Xinyi thought but listening to her claims she realized that the girl may have a hand in the elopimg fiasco.

n.o.body except from the Lu family knew about that, her father made sure of that. And obviously she was putting on an act for the men to know about it.

But Lei xinyi had been conning people for more than half of her life, so rolling her eyes she leisurely took a sip of her drink and calmly asked with a smile, "Elope? Shen Chen be more specific. With who and when did I elope? What are you trying to ask? I am not actually getting you." Feigning a little confusion.

Looking at Lei xinyi not taking the bait, Shen Chen was fuming in anger but did not let it show.

In the past Lu Xinyi would be confused and scared that she would start stuttering and would tear up, confirming people suspicion. What the h.e.l.l is happening?

But immediately changing the tactic Shen Chen looked nervously between Li Qiang and Su Zhinan as if guilty to expose her friend, "Y..You… Lu Xinyi I don't mean anything. My tongue just slipped. I wasn't really saying anything."

"Chenchen, I know you want to say something. Just say it." Lei Xinyi said with a mocking smile as if ridiculing her.

"Ms Shen, Ms Lu is right be more specific, if you don't know anything for sure then please prevent spreading vile rumors. It's not good for you." Li Qiang warned in a deep calm tone.

Watching as everything was turning against her, she was fuming in anger but instead of bursting she knew how to retaliate two time worse. She pursed her lips. She wasn't an idiot like Lu Xinyi she knew what to say.

Looking at both of them with a wronged expression she starred wailing, as if drowning in sorrow, "Lu Xinyi, W..Why are you saying like that? I.. I understand you are upset from me that I denied to s..seduce B..Big Brother Li so he will leave you but please don't be angry on me? I...I even helped you to run to elope with the man you love."
