Leaving her house with luggage Zhi ruo first met her senior who had helped in getting surveys done for her thesis and then asked the driver to drive her to Qing Shan's home.

Qing Shan's house was a simple modernised house with a big s.p.a.cious living room. The house was equipped with one master bedroom, a guest bedroom, a study, a small room for gym equipments and a kitchen.

When Zhi ruo arrived, Mother Qing was waiting for her and gave her a mini tour of the house after welcoming her.

Zhi ruo knew that Qing Shan was living alone without his parents but looking at Mother Qing here she was caught unprepared, wonfdering is Qing Shan was again late she sighed and entertained Mother Qing.

Inside the parking lot of the same building Qing Shan was working on his laptop and suddenly sneezed. If only he knew that his mother would suddenly barge in without informing him anything and send him out of the house...oh precisely lock him inside her car with the reason that she wanted to make Zhi ruo comfortable and she could not do it with him being around...

Sometimes he would be very scared of his mother...Focusing back on his laptop he prayed for Zhi ruo.

Inside the house:

Showing Zhi ruo her bedroom, mother Zhi asked her to get a shower and handed her a bag of dress telling her to wear it after shower. How much ever Zhi ruo could think, she was unable to make any excuse or dodge mother Qing's requests the only thing she could do for now was curse Qing Shan...who himself was a victim....

When Zhi ruo went to get a shower, mother Qing quickly spread some roses on the bed and lighted candles across the room. After decorating the bedroom mother Qing went and poured some warm milk in the gla.s.s and kept it near the bed for Zhi ruo.

When Zhi ruo came outside she saw the arrangements and was quite surprised.

She wasn't a child, and pretty well knew what this all was leading to...but.....

Mother Qing explained Zhi ruo that today is supposed to be their wedding night and she just did some arrangements to make it special. Grabbing the warm milk she asked Zhi Ruo to drink it and asked her to stay strong.

Even though Zhi ruo's inner voice was screaming that it could have been better if Mother Qing could have not tried to made it special but she still smiled and appreciated mother Qing's thoughtfulness.

After helping Zhi ruo to sit on the bed in the middle of the heart shaped rose petals, lighting the candles and then by turning off the lights Mother Qing left.

Inside the car, Qing Shan was wondering if he is destined to spend his night in the car when Mother Qing returned and s.n.a.t.c.hed his laptop. Pulling him out of the car Mother Qing pushed him ahead and told him to go back quick and m=not make Zhi ruo wait for so long.

Wondering what happened to his mother, it was weird for someone who eagerly pushed him out of the room for her daughter in law to be comfortable is now again pus.h.i.+ng him back to the room for her to not wat long.
