While the pages of everyone that swore an oath shone with a golden light, Noah's Oath was blank as it caused changes to appear on the expressions of many!

Valentina's eyes turned somber as she slowly began to step forward in case something happened.

Noah's eyes remained on the book as his palm sank even further into it, his heart calm as he repeated again!

"I am not an enemy of the Primordial Cosmos, nor am I colluding with Chronos!"

The words rang out for a second time as it was only after a second pa.s.sed did the book seemingly believe him, s.h.i.+ning golden like it had for everyone else before!

The pressure emanating from Oathkeeper died down as his gaze locked onto Noah. Noah's eyes also turned up as he stared at the mountainous figure of the being in front of him as he seemed to have drawn even more attention to himself.

He gave a light smile as he nodded while stepping back, leading Adelaide back to where Valentina was. The Hegemonies in the surroundings suċkėd in their breaths at this scene as the Oathkeeper's eyes returned placid.

Any time the Book of Oaths shone gold, it meant that the being swearing the Oath was uttering the complete truth! White was undecided, and a crimson light meant they were enemies!

His voice was unhurried as he called for the process to continue. Among the Hegemonies that had yet to go, one in the back seemed to have decided something after watching the scene of Noah, this being stepping out as his eyes flashed with an intense light!

His steps were unhurried as he came in front of the book and placed his hand while calling out.

Before his words even finished, a terrifying crimson light shot forth from the Book of Oaths!

The face of the confident Hegemony rapidly deteriorated and changed!

The golden skies became tinged with red.

The eyes of Oathkeeper became filled with utter coldness as his essence flew out and descended down like tides.

Essence exploded from the Hegemony that had caused a crimson light to rush out of the Book of Oaths before his oath even finished, his body erupted with the essence of many grand daos as he began to move back!

 A golden clock appeared in the skies above them as its light focused on him, his figure coming to a halt right after as he couldn't even move.

"Hegemony Firespark."

Oathkeeper's voice rumbled out like an archaic creature bellowing out to lesser beings full of anger, his gaze on Hegemony Firespark being filled with immense coldness and disappointment as the golden Clock in the skies released an intense light to wrap around this being tightly, the Hegemony not even being able to his strength to defend!

"For colluding with Chronos and holding malicious intentions towards the Primordial Cosmos, only death awaits you!"

The dominating voice of the terrifying Hegemony that had been able to overwhelm another Universal expert in mere seconds rang out as it shook everyone out of their stupor.

This was the power of the Hegemony that was renowned in the Primordial Cosmos!

One of The Three- beings of utmost power that had the most chance to reach Antiquity!

Chronos, Oathkeeper, and the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos.

Even Noah's eyes s.h.i.+ned brightly at the scene that played out as aside from the Dao of Chronos and a myriad of other Daos that Oathkeeper had just utilized to render a Universal expert defenseless, he sensed another Dao that he couldn't identify.

A dao that even he couldn't see when he looked in the details of Oathkeeper under the Eyes of Truth!

Such a shocking possibility caused Noah to focus greatly on the next set of events as there seemed to be much more than what meets the eye when it came to this terrifying being!

When Oathkeeper raised his eyes again to stare at the remaining Hegemonies that had yet to swear their oaths, his eyes were filled with a deadly light that caused the bodies of the Hegemonies to tremble fearfully, especially those that had hidden intentions.

After seeing a Hegemony being so helpless in front of the power of Oathkeeper, the remaining beings didn't step forward as a particular Hegemony s.h.i.+ning cerulean blue crown holding a cloudy expression couldn't help but speak out!

"Oathkeeper, you know we all respect your strength, but what if you are wrong? The light didn't activate for the paragon before as something happened, and now a red one shone from Hegemony Firespark as you acted without even hearing him out, where the fates of those of us who cannot resist you will be doomed if the Oath is mistakenly incorrect!"

The Cerulean Hegemony's words got the agreement of the remaining Hegemonies that held apprehension after seeing the Oathkeeper's decisive actions, but his words only made the gaze of this terrifying being even colder as it focused on him.

Yet the Cerulean Hegemony seemed relentless as his eyes shone brightly, continuing to speak out.

"Those of us that do not stand on the same level as you cannot resist even if you are wrong, why don't you have someone of your level swear the Oath next?!"

The existence with a swirling black hole as a head, his humanoid form seemingly made of a Sea of chaos as his sheer presence palpated with power!

The eyes of all beings turned towards the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos.

The gaze of the Oathkeeper seemed Impartial as while focusing his gaze on the Cerulean Hegemony, he spoke out.

"The Order of who swears the Oath matters not. Goliath, pacify them and have your Oath done next!"

To Oathkeeper, it truly didn't matter who went first or last as long as everyone here swore an Oath and they knew who their allies and enemies were!

So the eyes of all beings focused as they waited to see whether the last two times were mistakes, wanting to see exactly what color would s.h.i.+ne from a being as terrifying as Oathkeeper swearing an Oath. 

Noah's eyes also landed on the terrifying personage with a black hole for a head as an instant later, his colorful eyes shook as the immense fortune and destiny he carried told him something, a light of shock coursing through him!

Oathkeeeper had turned around as the Book of Oaths was ready to accept another palm, everyone expectant on the Goliath to step forward!

Seconds pa.s.sed.

The Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos did not take a step forward.

The black hole atop his head seemed to vibrate greatly, a discernible light of Extinction coursing through it as this powerful existence did not take a single step!

Next, an ancient sigh could be heard. 

Oathkeeper's strong expression that had never faltered all this time actually changed, an expression of shock and then anger soon entering his eyes as he stared at the non moving figure of a being that had even preceded him in age!
