Across the uncountable number of Galaxies in the Necrotic Universe, the Death Void Valley was a region that held hundreds of barren Galaxies structured to form an ascending Valley across the deathly chaotic void.

Across this Death Void Valley, a unique clan of Ancient Undead t.i.tans was the ruling cla.s.s- these powerful and gigantic Undead commanding power and awe among all the Undead occupying the Galaxies of the Death Void Valley!

At this moment, the Legions of the Ancient Undead t.i.tans formed an uncountable number of lines as they occupied large regions of the chaotic void, moving outward from the Death Void Valley as they led all the other Undead Clans within this region under the command of the Hegemony of Necromancy.

OOOOM!

The essence of death and decadence permeated throughout the billions of Undead cl.u.s.tering together to form the Legions, but it was the thickest around 10 areas- and this was where the Paragons that led the clans of Undead were at!

Among these 10, the densest area of death surrounded an Ancient Undead t.i.tan PARAGON that sat on a throne of regal purple bones, his figure being over a few miles long as he was truly enormous!

His body was filled with tout steel like muscles that wrapped around his entire skeletons, his skull being the only thing showing its obsidian bones as a purple crown of bones gracefully floated atop it.

The other Undead t.i.tans behind him were of slightly less similar stature, their Legion looking extremely imposing as it was the largest out of all those here. This being sitting atop the floating throne of bones was Lich Emperor Agobo, and he had been born in death...and molded by it!

He knew death so well that he very easily ȧssimilated the Dao of Decadence in a short period of time, and at this moment he was already speedily advancing in the Dao of Necromancy, but he had yet to see death in the form that he was currently observing.

Even when he put aside the overpowering auras that the Paragons within the enemy forces were releasing, what was most distressing was the fact that in the surrounding miles of the enemy Legions, there was a dense and destructive cloud of essence and bones rotating dangerously.

It seemed like this cloud would be destructive for anyone even coming across it, but the Lich Emperor Agobo did not know exactly by how much!

But…

"It matters not."

RUMBLE 

"At the end, death shall consume all."

OOOOOH!

The aura of the Lich Emperor t.i.tan flew out wildly as the Legion before him bellowed, other Undead Legions following as billions of Undead that formed mountains began to move forward in the chaotic void.

To their relentless advancement, the enemy responded by sending forward one of terrifying Undead Paragons, a Lich Emperor burning with golden flames in its sockets as its expression was that of pure arrogance!

Even with no facial muscles, the domineering stature of the being that sat on the multicolored throne had developed could instinctively be felt as he teleported from hundreds of miles away, coming a few miles away from the Legions that Lich Emperor Agobo led as he voiced out.

"Before we begin I shall tell you all...that you can avoid eternal Death by bending the knee at this moment and pledging Fealty to me, not some Hegemony that cannot even do a thing with this Universe!"

"This is a way out from you following the words of a selfish being bent on searching for Antiquity that will bring destruction to us all."

RUMBLE 

The aura of the Undead Paragon spread out majestically as the essence of a Cosmic Dao pervaded throughout. 

Lich Emperor Agobo looked at this as he stood up from his regal throne of bones, his ancient voice ringing out flatly as his eyes began to s.h.i.+ne with a powerful purple light!

"There is no need for words between the Dead. Let us simply fight to see which side is more proficient in death!"

WAA!

At such words, Noah laughed brilliantly as he tapped his skeletal hands on the throne, the Undead Legions behind him moving forward with fervor!

When they moved, the swirling Necrotic Ring of Death moved with them as Noah teleported back into their ranks, keen to see the results of the wondrous skill tree.

The words of the Lich Emperor Agobo rang out in his mind as he was given a lesson for the Undead- all that mattered was who would be more proficient in death.

And when it came to this…

He really thought n.o.body could match him!

THRUM!

The hundreds of miles were quickly covered as the forces were about to clash, Agobo's hand thrusting out along with multiple other Paragons as their essence flew out powerfully to wrap around the edges of the Ring of Death before the contact between the two sides happened.

But…

They began to experience the ridiculousness of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor first hand as the over 1 mile Necrotic Ring of Death that surrounded the now billions of Undead Noah led come in contact with the forces of Undead under Agobo seamlessly, the essence they threw out not being able to hinder it!

They ranged from Ent.i.ties and all the way to Monarchs and Paragons, and they saw how the essence of Agobo and others meant to stop the cloud of death from enveloping them was useless, simply pa.s.sing through the swirling ring of death as if it wasn't even there, the swirling ring covering over 100,000 Undead a second later.

The scene that occurred thereafter was extremely crucial to understand.

It dealt with the particular ability of Endless Torment that was just freshly created!

[Endless Torment](5/5)(Pa.s.sIVE):: Any poor soul that manages to fall within the bounds of the Unstable Necrotic Ring of Death is burned to fuel the power of the Ring of Death even more, every additional being that dies within it adding 10% Increased Damage and Area of Effect for up to a maximum of 1,000,000% for 60 seconds. 

The skill of [Endless Torment] granted +10% Increased Damage and Area of Effect for every creature that died within it for up to a maximum of 1 million percent. 1 million!

The Necrotic Ring of Death was already deadly enough as no Ent.i.ties or Sages could withstand the constantly rotating cl.u.s.ter of all the Daos Noah comprehended- which included two Cosmic Daos!

When the Ring of Death covered just a few tens of thousands of Undead, the first Undead Ent.i.ty to fall granted the 10% increase in Damage and Area of Effect. Instantaneously, the Ring of Death became larger as it expanded to cover a slightly wider area.

Then the second...third...one hundredth…

Within the span of milliseconds, over a thousand Undead fell from the terrifying cl.u.s.ter of sharply rotating flesh and bones mixed with the Essence of too many Daos!

AOE!

The area of effect was also increased by 10,000% as it covered over a hundred miles instantly and continued to expand, every single death causing it to propel outwards at a ridiculous pace as over one fourth of the Legions that the Lich Emperor Agobo led become covered in the Necrotic Ring of Death instantly!

A millisecond later, it had covered such a large region that the numbers dead bloomed to millions!

THRUUUUUM!

The deathly chaotic void began to tremble as a shocking phenomenon was about to take place- all of it due to the fact that in just a second, the 1,000,000% cap of Increased Damage and Area of Effect of the Necrotic Ring of Death was reached!
