Above Noah's head, the Star of Conquest shone brilliantly in the Necrotic Universe as he looked at the glorious and grotesque appearance of the Manifested Seven Deadly Sins.

It was putting another 7 Existences at the same level as him on his ŀȧp, and the auras of these beings were unlike any other PARAGONS as it was even more oppressive than the Lich Emperors!

Now, Noah just needed to test them against his enemies as he marched forward in the Necrotic Universe while outside of it, word had begun to pa.s.s around the allied Hegemonies as even Oathkeeper stopped what he was doing to once again pay attention to a certain Paragon.

A brand new never before seen Dao had appeared, something that puzzled many as n.o.body had sensed the birth of a new Dao in the Primordial Cosmos since the most recent birth of an artificial Dao by the Hegemony of Summoning- Valentina!

The birth of a Dao was always a showy affair, its essence reverberating out across a Universe as it was knowledge that would be spread quickly. So in seeing a brand new type of Dao they had never come across on top of the body of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor, it was an affair that was taken seriously as its mere implications were stupendous.

Actually, they weren't even wrong with the belief that any artificially birthed Dao would cause a huge commotion during the time of its birth, it was just that when Noah created his Daos...the commotion was spread among the single Dark Universe that was floating far from the Primordial Cosmos!

The figure of Oathkeeper used the wondrous capabilities of the [Wings of Primordial Destiny] as he teleported near the Hegemony keeping watch outside the boundary of the Necrotic Universe.

His powerful eyes honed in on the s.h.i.+mmering white star above the moving Lich's head as they shone sharply, even someone of his caliber confirming that this was a brand new Dao Essence they had never come across before!

This meant that either a Universal Hegemony had created a Dao they didn't know about and Noah was using it, or the even more impossible possibility of the Paragon before them being the Architect of the Dao.

"Valentina, have you designed another Dao that we don't know about that the so-called Tyrannical Emperor is utilizing?"

His voice traversed across the boundaries of the Universe as it reached Valentina who had her clone in the middle of something fantastical, while her main body experienced something even more wondrous in the Dark Universe.

Before Oathkeeper's words came through to her, she was staring at the unbelievable scene of the birth of a new Dao as in the depths of the Universal Core, she could see Noah's main body be showered in the cascade of white light that represented a new Dao!

She had not been there for the birth of the first or second Dao, but she was there for the third one as even then, she could scarcely believe what she saw.

'He's using a genuine Universe as an intermediary to design Daos…'

Her mind was in turmoil at such a scene as beside her, a sigh could be heard from Barbatos as her small but voluptuous figure shook majestically while she spoke.

"You have to just accept his ridiculousness after a certain point. If you try to question or understand how he does what he does, you'll be sitting there for days without getting anywhere."

It seemed like the voice of a big sister giving advice, rousing the powerful mind of the Universal Hegemony as she looked at the figure of Barbatos who stared at the depths of the Universal Core just like her as Valentina...took her words seriously!

She received Oathkeeper's words around this time as she knew by this point Noah had the Dao of Subterfuge capable of masking the essence of any Daos. If Oathkeeper and the others were seeing his clones displaying a certain Dao, it meant that Noah wanted them to. And who was she to stand in the way of the being with seas of golden fortune?

So a short reply came from her as she received lessons on everything to do with the Dark Universe and Noah from the unreliable Barbatos, while her clone continued with her current mission in the Animus Universe!

The short reply was sent across Universal boundaries and reached the astounded Oathkeeper soon after.

"No?" Even the Oathkeeper didn't expect such a short reply as he asked once more but the answer was…

"No"

With this being the case, the eyes of this aged being shone ever brighter as they landed on the figure of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor itself that held a s.h.i.+ning white star above it. Was it truly possible for a Paragon to do something only those at the Universal Realm could do?!

Could this being in front of them really be something they could fully utilize against the forces of Chronos and the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos? When a being such as this became a Hegemony, his power would just…

"You...have successfully created a Dao?" Oathkeeeper seemed to be asking this with utter incredulity as even a being as old as him couldn't believe it!

What exactly would the Paragon that had begun making waves recently say?

What reason could he possibly give to explain such a shocking phenomenon?! Would he deny or would he...

A clear cut and unexpected answer came out that caused the minds of all who heard it to buzz with stupor. Noah didn't even bother to hide it as he replied, making Oathkeeper have no words to retort as through the Wings of Primordial Destiny they were speaking through, the other Hegemonies holding this unique dao treasure could hear their conversation as they were all silent!

Noah's voice came out once more a second later.

"Why are you asking about this? You guys have also created your own Daos, right? It's not that hard."

Oathkeeper's ancient face turned sour as the listening Hegemonies felt their overall knowledge become twisted as their hearts were rumbling with anger!

It took Oathkeeper a few seconds to compose himself before he spoke out again.

"How is this possible? There has never been an instance in history where a Paragon had been able to design and successfully birth a Dao."

His reply made the many powerful listening Hegemonies nod vigorously, but Noah's reply knocked them down again a second later!

"Well, after the first one, it gets easier."
