The Daos that Noah was seeking to obtain through [Cosmic Dao Integration and Emergence] and even through a later Protagonist's Bookmark actually landed on his lap so simply as they were the Daos required to fuse to bring to light the Nomological Edict of Samsara.

Their essence rotated gloriously within Noah's Origin as he felt his Comprehension of these 2 new foreign Daos clearly, their majesty not one bit lower than Chronos as these Daos, Destiny, and a myriad of laws went together to birth Samsara!

A Nomological Edict that granted Noah a Ten million percent increase in All Parameters while he had only traversed it by 10%.

There was no such thing as comprehension and a.s.similation for Nomological Edicts, one only being able to traverse them and bring them to completion once they entirely fused the required Daos and Laws.

The 30 seconds of Bookmark has granted Noah a mere 10% as even this was shocking enough, granting Noah a myriad of ridiculous boosts that continued to propel his strength to crazy levels, His Origin currently shaking madly from the sheer pressure that he alone released!

But aside from any boosts that this Nomological Edict provided...there was the most important feature that made it a true Edict.

The undeniable truth of someone binding their soup to their reality as for them...death was extremely hard to come by! Only those with other Edicts could interfere against them, and even those Edicts had to be opposing to be able to match and dispel the effects of another!

This was the true and most stupendous boost that Noah had received as aside from his Origin erupting with the brand new essences of Reincarnation and Extinction, his soul had begun to brighten up magisterially as he experienced a shocking phenomenon.

As if he was in the dark, his eyes brightened up as his consciousness was brought to an entirely new location. He saw an ever expanding whiteness as his eyes came to finally focus on the sight in front of him...and it was an endless river!

A vast river that churned forward endlessly as it contained a myriad of colors, this river releasing a shocking sense of might and awe as Noah's mind shook at the fact that the Primordial he had Bookmarked...had something similar to this.

Hers was vastly smaller, being even a few thousand times smaller...but!

He was shocked as from the knowledge he was currently receiving, this endless river before him represented the vast timeline of this reality, and it truly represented a Reality!

What he had seen within the Primordial's soul...it couldn't have been a stage of power that one could achieve, right? 

…!

The thoughts caused Noah's heart to shake as his surprises weren't over, his consciousness watching as he was drawn closer to the vast and endless multicolored river, his soul sinking into it seamlessly as at this moment...he felt as if he had been anch.o.r.ed to something.

He felt a feeling of utter stability and confidence, the most important effect of the Nomological Edict of Samsara being achieved at this moment.

One's soul being bound to a reality as death was hard for them to chase even if they wanted, and they could seamlessly traverse through the timeline of this reality without any repercussions!

Granted, one could not go forward to a time point they had yet to experience, but they could traverse to the past and back to the area they already reached seamlessly as such a thing made Noah's mind abuzz with possibilities.

As he felt his soul bound tightly to the vast and endless river before him, Noah felt like he was a mere ant floating in the waves of an endless ocean, a grain of sand in an expansive desert!

Yet within this vastness...he could now see himself.

He could see a barely discernible line in this vast and endless river that represented his life- his timeline!

THRUM!

Essence weaved out of Noah's Origin in large amounts, even larger than anything he had utilized it for in the past, even more abundant essence than when he had helped form the Infinite Cosmos.

It was the essence that beings far above his level required in order to utilize the unique powers of a Nomological Edict, and Noah was currently expanding his mana as he unconsciously activated the Nomological Edict of Samsara!

His consciousness brightened as while looking at the thin line traveling in the endless river that represented his timeline, Noah glanced at a time point of this line as his soul sank into it seamlessly.

Droves and droves of essence were expanded as the Nomological Edict of Samsara was activated by Noah for the first time, this activation actually causing him to jump back to a previous time point within his life seamlessly as the abundant mana was required now to guarantee that he could return to the future- the cost of the return being zero as mentioned in the definition within the Nomological Edict of Samsara seen before.

This was to prevent a scenario where a being returns back to a time when they had none or very little power, and they might find themselves stuck back in time tens or hundreds of years without being capable of returning to their original future time point through a jump in time!

Noah paid this price as he felt his consciousness seemingly go to sleep for a second, but a moment later, his sight brightened up as he opened his eyes and saw...

The image of the powerful figure of the Holy Emperor of the Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter, the father of Anna's mother from the Nexus Galaxy who was currently speaking to him in a domineering manner!

"I want to provide you with the protection you need as you grow, as well as all the resources you can think of. All I want from you is your allegiance once you reach the rank of an Ent.i.ty, as this will strengthen our Expansive Dragon Cl.u.s.ter even further."

Noah was in a stupor as he raised his arms to look at himself as he also sensed the QUASAR that made up his Origin! 

Before Noah even replied with the domineering words he said to this being before, an invisible light shone over his soul as he experienced darkness again, this time the feeling being something he was used to as droves of mana were used yet again, his intentions being sent out to the Nomological Edict of Samsara as after what seemed like forever, Noah opened his eyes again.

Everything had changed again.

This scene before him was a despondent one, being that of an unkempt apartment room as he found himself in a scrawny body that was currently holding a skill book in his hands.

It was a Rank F [Fireball] Skill Book within his hands, Noah raising his head as his eyes s.h.i.+ned with innumerable lights, coming back to a time right before he awakened!

This was the Nomological Edict of Samsara!

This was what one could possibly do with it!
