Along with the Nomological Edict of Samsara, he also felt the stupendous power of the Trait of Samsara Universal Dao Origin...this Trait that was capable of inscribing Daos and Edicts and keeping them across time of course being with Noah's body even now. 

A Trait he had yet to be granted was carried with him across time...it was a mind-bending phenomenon as the Cosmic Treasure and the Cosmic Core were the first to sense the changes, their consciousnesses swarming towards Noah with questions as he pacified their hunger for knowledge within minutes! 

Thereafter, Noah utilized the Samsara Universal Dao Origin that he carried through time to inscribe the Daos of Annihilation, Withering, Voids.p.a.ce, and Alacrity as none of the daos he had would ever be lost to him! 

To others, everything was proceeding normally as only the Cosmic Treasure and the Cosmic Core knew of the changes, even Noah not making too many changes thereafter as when he finished the inscriptions of these Daos, he let events and time flow as it originally did, where he began by first inscribing the Lesser Dao of Withering and then Annihilation, not changing too many things thereafter. 

I'm the near future of this time point, he would have bookmarked the Primordial as his soul almost got caught by the terrifying Aegon and the Primordial herself, but he didn't have to do it this time as he already had the Edict that he would never lose! 

The only question was to ponder on whether to Bookmark the Primordial a second time and increase his percentage with this Edict to 20% or even higher, but his vast golden seas of destiny became clouded black the moment that such a thought even appeared in his mind. 

It was a sign for him to not even think about doing such a thing! He had already poked the nest of the Primordial once as he alerted her to something, this existence having the Nomological Edict of Samsara and who knew what else as he couldn't predict what she could do. 

If he could traverse in time and keep his memories, so could she. If he tried to Bookmark her again for the second time, this terrifying being would more than likely be waiting for him as after that...the future was unknown! 

So Noah only fixed his mistakes as he inscribed Daos before he deconstructed them and let everything play its course as it should have thereafter, opting not to Bookmark the Primordial for a second time unless he wanted to lose his little life. 

The only other change he made was for him to use Cosmic Dao Integration and Emergence along with Protagonist's Bookmark to obtain the Cosmic Daos of Phantasm and Tenebrosity that the Blue Slime had obtained from Devouring Dark Shadow and the other Hegemonies, Noah using this as a window to ama.s.s even more Daos under his feet! 

Him exploring the vast seas of Ruination, coming in contact with the Primordial Beast and Indigo Cosmos, seeing the formed Primordial Scaffoldings as the Indigo Cosmos was connected to the Primordial Empire! 

His Universal Body being designed along with the Cosmic Dao of Fusion...he went through all of it without altering how things went originally as with the unique essence of the Nomological Edict of Samsara undulating over his Universal Body, Noah opened his eyes again in the Ruination Realm. 

"..." 

As if barely a second had pa.s.sed! 

As if he had just closed his eyes and woken up, but when he checked his Origin...he could sense and freely utilize the Cosmic Dao of Annihilation and the Lesser Daos that were forever lost to him before. 

"Haha!" 

What a glorious reality! What wondrous possibilities! 

This was something unique that only Noah could do, and he had done it in a stellar fas.h.i.+on as he could now enjoy the wonders of Nomological Edicts and Runic Dao Lines without losing anything on one side or another. 

"Now..." 

With everything in place and still only 4 Daos turned into Runic Dao Lines, Noah had nothing holding him back from deconstructing and reconstructing other Daos, and his next focus was just that! 

The only problem was....the Light of Conquest! 

There was a limited amount of the Light of Conquest as in more than a week, Noah hadn't done any conquering while he continued to use this light freely to enhance Skills and Daos. 

Enhanced Lesser Daos gave boosts from 5,000% to 10,000% due to the Light of Conquest, and with the 100 fold increase when they were turned to Runic Dao Lines, this boost became 1,000,000%! 

Even more gloriously, normal Cosmic Daos granted a 50,000% boost to specific parameters that became 100,000% once enhanced by Conquest, this number becoming 10 million percent when such a Dao was turned into Runic Dao Lines. 

So before Noah ever deconstructed a Dao to make it into Runic Dao Lines, he always wanted to enhance them and pull out the most strength from them, this only continuing to be made a possibility if he continued to ama.s.s more of the Light of Conquest! 

And beautifully enough, a Writ of Challenge was issued as he would be able to compete against powerful Daolords and have the chance to Conquer another Cosmos. 

"I love when it all comes together..." 

Noah couldn't help his lips from curving into a smile as his eyes flashed with a dangerous light! 

Currently, he had enough of the Light of Conquest to enhance three normal Cosmic Daos. If he wished to enhance Ruination or the Primordial Daos...he would need twice the amount of Light of Conquest to do so, so he began by doing what he could at this moment and started with the three normal Cosmic Daos he voiced out powerfully. 

"Let the Light of Conquest s.h.i.+ne on Extinction, Chronos, and Reincarnation." 

RUMBLE! 

He held no chance of losing them while deconstructing them would only hand him a stupid level of strength...and so he proceeded to do just that as after these Daos were enhanced by the Light of Conquest, the vibrant essences of the Primordial Dao and the Dao of Ruination began to wrap around them for the purpose of blooming brand new Runic Dao Lines. 

All together, the three Cosmic Dao would grant a myriad of boosts as just based on the pure damage of these three Daos alone, the modifier would be no less than 30,000,000%! 

A number like this made one realize just how terrifying a level of power existences that had begun inscribing Daos held, but even this was just the tip of the iceberg for Noah. 

And while he did all this and continued to ceaselessly improve himself...the time for the Writ of Challenge was fast approaching as it would be carried out within mere hours!
