Following this, the cultivator would destroy the Golden Core and turn it into a huge Qi Sea. During this Realm, other than the quality of Qi increasing it would turn into a dense liquid. Xiantian Realm.

In the Nascent Realm, the cultivator would form their spirit body. The spirit body was in simple terms could be considered as a pseudo soul that granted the power of Divine Sense to the cultivators.

Moving on, the Qi would be further refined and turned into True Qi at which point the cultivator could start flying.

And finally, the Transcendence Realm.

Creating a seed out of a huge amount of compressed Qi, the Seed of Transcendence was planted in the depths of the Qi Sea.

But for whatever reason it might be, the book Yang Shen consumed to learn about cultivations didn't explain why the Seed of Transcendence was created.

On the Supreme Cloud Continent, there were two types of beasts. Wild Beasts and Profound Beasts.

Profound Beasts on the other hand were special beasts who managed to create a Beast Core inside their body and use Qi to cultivate in their own ways.

Depending on the quality of the Beast Core inside them, the Profound Beasts were divided into three Grades.

Low Grade, Mid Grade, and High Grade.

Low Grade Profound Beasts were comparable to the cultivators in the Golden Core Realm, Mid Grade to Nascent Soul, and finally High Grade to Transcendence Realm.

However regardless of which beast it was, they were usually considered stronger than their human counterparts due to their innately stronger bodies and greater vitality.

Having killed an ordinary Wild Beast on his way to the Soul Devouring Mountain, Yang Shen obtained 50 Points from selling its entire corpse to the system, and 1,000 XP from killing it.

Due to this, he now possessed enough Points to learn the 1st Part of the Dragon's Way of Spear.

But before doing that, it was time for him to level up.
