She had to say that Jiang Xuecheng’s cooking was much better than her entry-level cooking.

Although the omelette had been prepared with simple ingredients, it brought an enjoyable feeling to the taste buds. Su Wan chewed her omelette contentedly.

Jiang Xuecheng looked at the way Su Wan ate without bothering about the details and he smiled.

Everything that Su Wan ate, be it delicacies or roasted corn sold by the roadside, she could eat with gusto. Jiang Xuecheng, who constantly had no appet.i.te, always felt his appet.i.te increase whenever he watched her eat.

Jiang Xuecheng’s eyes swept across Su Wan’s smiling face. Seeing her lips stained with scallion, he couldn’t help frowning.

“Why are you so careless every time when you eat?”

“What…”

Before Su Wan could regain her senses, she saw Jiang Xuecheng walking toward her. He wiped the corner of her lips with a piece of tissue paper.

Su Wan looked up at Jiang Xuecheng. This man was gently wiping her mouth and his gesture was very natural.

Back then, Su Wan would decline as she felt shy and awkward. Now, hoever, she was more relaxed since there were only two of them at home and so, she accepted his good intentions liberally.

“Okay, it’s clean now.”

Jiang Xuecheng smiled. Then, he threw the dirty tissue paper into the trash can. When Su Wan saw his handsome side face, she s.p.a.ced out for a moment.

“What are you thinking of?” Jiang Xuecheng hit her head gently and asked with a voice full of doting. “Still s.p.a.cing out?”

Su Wan was thin-skinned and did not say what she was really thinking. Her eyes flashed and took a sip of the fresh soy milk as if she didn’t hear him.

Just then, Jiang Xuecheng’s phone rang. He pursed his lips and answered the call. Then, he said calmly, “Alright” and ended the call.

Su Wan put the fresh soy milk down. She raised her brows and there were lots of doubts in her eyes.

“Who called to disturb you on a weekend?”

Jiang Xuecheng walked toward Su Wan and couldn’t help caressing her hair.

“The crew told me our wedding photos are ready and asked us to pick a few that we like. Then, we can set the style of the photo frame. If we can decide today, we can get the pictures by next Wednesday.”

“That’s fast!”

Upon hearing this, Su Wan was shocked. Then, a pleasantly surprised smile appeared on her face.

Normally, it would take ten days or so for wedding photos to be ready. Initially, she had thought it would be done after their wedding but didn’t expect to get it by next Wednesday!

Su Wan was looking forward to the photographs they took yesterday. She immediately urged Jiang Xuecheng to accompany her to pick the photos on the computer.

She had long wanted to put some pictures up in Fontainebleau. This house was really too huge and the decoration was simple with a cold tone. It looked like it lacked vitality.

It would feel better if some pictures were placed in the house.

Seeing Su Wan so eager, Jiang Xuecheng couldn’t help laughing. He wrapped his hand around her waist and carried her to the study room. Then, he opened the photos sent by the crew one by one for Su Wan to browse through.

She opened the pictures they took by the seaside. The photographer had done a good job in editing the pictures. Each picture was a feast for the eyes.

With the blue sea and blue sky, Su Wan and Jiang Xuecheng ran freely. They depended on and comforted one another and they looked like a matching couple.

Suddenly, Su Wan’s eyes lit up. She pointed at a picture taken against the light.

“I like this one the most! The angle is perfect! What about hanging this one in our bedroom?”

In the picture, both Su Wan and Jiang Xuecheng were in the shadow. Although their faces couldn’t be seen clearly, their facial contours were clearly outlined. At the interweaving of the light and shadow, it brought out the artistic conception of a couple for a lifetime.

Su Wan’s smile reflected in Jiang Xuecheng’s eyes, making Jiang Xuecheng’s smile deeper.

“As long as you like it, it’ll be as you wish.”

After browsing through the wedding photos at the beach, they started to look at the photos in which they were dressed in white traditional clothing.

In the serene bamboo groove, they set foot on the vast bamboo with their clothes fluttering, as if they were isolated from the noise of the world.

The last picture was of Su Wan and Jiang Xuecheng, each playing the guqin and vertical flute respectively and being together harmoniously.

It was like a fairy couple shown on television. The more one looked at it, the more unrealistic and celestial it was.

Jiang Xuecheng saw Su Wan staring at that picture and immediately understood her thoughts.

“Shall we put this picture in our study room?”

Su Wan nodded hard. She seized Jiang Xuecheng’s arm and pleaded, “I like all these pictures. Can we have all of them printed?”

Although some of them were of the same scene, the angles in which they were taken was different, giving people a different feel.

Su Wan was really convinced by Director Li Shan’s composition. Each and every picture was beautiful and fine and she couldn’t bear to delete any pictures.

“Sure, since you like them all, we’ll have all of them printed.”

Time flies. In the blink of an eye, it was the last day of May. Everyone on the streets and lanes of S City were talking about the grand event of tomorrow.

The young master was getting married!

How could anyone miss the event that would cause a sensation throughout the whole country?

As the female main character of the wedding, Su Wan’s heart pounded like the thundering hooves of a thousand wild stallions when she thought of the wedding tomorrow.

According to the wedding custom of S City, the groom and the bride couldn’t see one another the day before the wedding. The bride had to actually stay at home and wait for the groom to come and get her.

Su Wan’s back was facing Lin Fei’er. She was standing alone deep in the flowers. She looked as if she was thinking of something.

After seeing her, Lin Fei’er was relieved. She rolled her eyes sulkily at Su Wan as she complained, “You really know how to enjoy. I thought you had been kidnapped. If the bride goes missing, your CEO would tear this place down tomorrow.”

Su Wan turned around and waved at Lin Fei’er. There was a smile on her face.

“Fei’er, come here quickly. I’ve just found a great place to view the entire city!”
