Chapter 362: You’ve Walked Into The Wrong Room

Jiang Xuecheng hugged Su Wan and in the dark, his eyes which were darker than the dark night sparkled.

He couldn’t help rubbing Su Wan’s head, making her who was half-awake murmur in protest.

Jiang Xuecheng smiled and his deep voice was soft and gentle with a bit of overbearing.

“Wan Wan, you must remember you’re my wife and will always be…”

Su Wan nestled against Jiang Xuecheng and did not really know what this man had said. While her mind was still sleepy, she nodded.

“Goodnight, my dearest bride.”

Jiang Xuecheng planted a gentle kiss on Su Wan’s forehead. Then, holding her hand, both of them entered dreamland together.

***

On the observation deck of Fenghuangtai Hotel, Lin Fei’er was talking to her parents.

The starry sky was exceptionally bright tonight, like a harbinger of good weather tomorrow.

Lin Fei’er’s mother talked to her for a long time. She said if it was not because an elderly was not well lately, she would have come to attend Su Wan’s wedding.

Mr. and Mrs. Lin really liked Su Wan. Moreover, since the day Lin Fei’er met with the accident, their good feelings for Jiang Xuecheng increased too.

After about an hour’s conversation on the phone, Lin Fei’er’s parents urged her to go to bed.

After ending the call, Lin Fei’er stood on the observation deck alone and started to look at the night scenery in S City. Although it was midnight, the city was still bustling with traffic and activities.

The night breeze blew and a burst of coldness attacked Lin Fei’er. She had been too distracted by the call earlier and only felt cold now.

“Achoo…”

Lin Fei’er sneezed. Was she going to catch a cold after being exposed to the wind for too long?

Lin Fei’er unconsciously shrunk her neck. Today, she had been busy from morning till night and hadn’t stopped to rest. She decided to first take a warm bath and then turn in.

She took a breath and then took the elevator to the 50th floor of Fenghuangtai Hotel.

Lin Fei’er opened the door with the hotel card. It was dark inside. Lin Fei’er hugged her bag and wanted to switch on the light.

In the deep silence, she suddenly heard something in the bedroom.

This was a high-cla.s.s hotel and today was her best friend’s wedding day. It couldn’t be a thief, could it?

If it was, then the security was too bad!

Lin Fei’er frowned. She was not a coward. She switched on the light in the living room and walked directly into the bedroom without bothering to put down her handbag and shoes.

The minute she entered the bedroom, she heard a sound that sounded like a little rapid breathing of a man or a small animal.

The strong smell of alcohol spread in the room, making her very uncomfortable.

Lin Fei’er’s forehead creased deeper. She switched on the wall lamp of the bedroom and suddenly, she saw an unconscious drunkard lying in front of her.

Lin Fei’er put her handbag down and went nearer to see who the man was.

As soon as she walked to the bed, a handsome face entered her vision.

The warm light shone on his face, making his facial contour softer and he looked like a big boy who didn’t understand the world.

Wasn’t this the little biological brother of Su Wan’s husband?

What was his name?

Jiang Hao…oh, Jiang Haoxuan?

Wasn’t he the one who protected Sheng An’ning wholeheartedly, the one whom she had seen once outside the washroom in Yun Shuixuan previously?

Lin Fei’er pursed her lips. She had always hated drunkards and now one was occupying her bedroom. What should she do?

“Hey, Mr. Jiang, please wake up, you’ve come into the wrong room…”

The man whose eyes were shut opened his mouth, as if wanted to answer Lin Fei’er but very quickly, he stopped moving.

This man must have had too much alcohol and was now unconscious…

Lin Fei’er didn’t want to deal with this kind of trouble that had nothing to do with her. Hence, she bent down to grab her handbag.

She was going to call the information desk to ask for a porter to drag this man out.

However, before Lin Fei’er could reach for her bag, she felt the whole field of her vision turn dark.

It was a sun-blocking kind of shadow with a disordered breath.

Lin Fei’er turned and saw the man who had been lying down just now standing behind her. His eyes were half-opened and they looked a little hazy.

This man had awoken?

Great, she didn’t have to trouble the porter in the middle of the night.

He was very near her and she seemed to be able to feel the heat emitting from him after being drunk.

Lin Fei’er was not used to being so close to a stranger. She stepped back without a trace and started to explain smilingly.

“h.e.l.lo, Mr. Jiang, I’m your sister-in-law’s friend. You’ve come to the wrong room. This is my room.”

After a long time, Lin Fei’er couldn’t hear his answer.

“Mr. Jiang?”

Lin Fei’er frowned. There was a trace of impatience on her face. She thought this man was deliberately scaring her.

Caught off guard, Lin Fei’er’s wrist was seized by Jiang Haoxuan.

His palm was hot, probably because he had taken too much alcohol. The scorching temperature immediately aroused a burst of gooseb.u.mps on the back of Lin Fei’er’s hand.

If she didn’t know that he was drunk and his ident.i.ty was not ordinary, Lin Fei’er might really think that he was trying to take advantage of her.

“Jiang…”

Lin Fei’er wanted to push Jiang Haoxuan away. Suddenly, her lips were sealed by something warm to the touch.

Lin Fei’er’s eyes widened. She had been forced a kiss by a drunkard?

Extreme indignation and shame arose in Lin Fei’er’s heart. Regardless of whether he was really drunk or not, Lin Fei’er could not bear it any longer.

She raised her arm and wanted to give Jiang Haoxuan an angry slap.

In a flash, Jiang Haoxuan pressed her hand on the part between her thumb and her index finger. Then, in a whirl, Lin Fei’er was pinned down heavily.

Lin Fei’er fell onto the quilt. Before she could get up in time, she felt a heavy body pressing on hers.

“An’ning, you’re here to see me…I’m very happy…”

It was a broken sentence and Lin Fei’er was stunned for a moment before she could make out what he said.

So, this man had mistaken her for that white lotus?

Lin Fei’er was angry but she was pressed by the man and the man was much stronger than her, making her unable to move for a moment.

“Jiang Haoxuan, look carefully! I’m not Sheng An’ning!”

This time, Lin Fei’er didn’t even bother to use the t.i.tle of ‘Mr’. She cried out in a rage but the drunken Jiang Haoxuan didn’t seem to understand.

“An’ning, you’re so pretty. I really do like you. Can you forget my brother…?”

Just when Lin Fei’er tried to push Jiang Haoxuan away, she suddenly saw the man who was seemingly awake but not awake looking at her with devotion and murmuring, “An’ning, if you belong to me, then, will you only have me in your heart…?”

The slightly hoa.r.s.e male voice sounded in the quiet room, making Lin Fei’er shudder.
